I recently received a lot of kind help and patience from Kieran in getting my solar battery reconnected to the internet, even though the problem turned out to be due to my own fault.
Kieran has been incredible helping us step by step to resolve a recent issue. Thank you
Thank you Sarah and Kieran. My social energy app was not receiving data. Due to us upgrading to fibre. They both helped me to sort this problem out.
A big thank you to Kieran Considine and Sarah for their help, advice,clear instructions, diagrams and photos to track down an issue with the App not connecting to the system. A faulty USB RS485 loom was found after many exchanges of e mails. The part was sourced by Kieran and delivered to me. I am able to see the system in real time now on the App. Thanks again. Peter.
After informing me that my solar panels battery and system readings were disconnected, they emailed a video of how to reconnect my system, which worked when I carried out the recommended process and everything is now reconnected.
Kieron Considine gave me clear and comprehensible advice about re-pairing tp links and also advised on how to replace the pesky things with a hard-wired connection. Social Energy support have always been most helpful in answering queries.
Had an issue with my SE app freezing, had help from Kieran and Rhyan to resolve the issue and get my system back up and running. Thanks a million 👍👍😊
We were just connected to Social Energy and then they went bust or shut up shop and left us in limbo. No service no backup for breakdowns NO WARRANTY absolutely disgusting how a company can just walk away. No cares in the World. Stay away.may I add I live in Australia. Still upset after spending thousands of dollars only to be told we don’t care. We were told the main company is in England they can’t go bust so no I won’t change my review

My App gave up so I sent an SOS to the Social Energy folk: Keiran came back remarkably quickly with some comprehensive information that didn't seem to apply to my installation, but I followed the instructions as best I could without immediate effect. I informed Kieran of this and he immediately arrnged to call me a couple days later... but then the thing started working as if by a miracle! So, a geat result and my thanks to Kieran - who was extremely efficient, comforting and polite -HE DESERVES AN ENORMOUS PAY INCREASE!

lost all data from system and was worried solar side had failed. Kieran came to the rescure by giving me the knowledge to reset my system and internet connection. all has been restored and Kieran contacted me to say he could confirm the data stream.

Kieran was most helpful in getting us back up and running after our TPs wouldn't communicate to each other. After trying a few things which didn't work we opted for hardwiring which Kieran sent us the info for and now all is working well. We would like to say thanks for all the time spent on helping us OAPs. Great service.
