UK Buyers: Avoid the official website—use Amazon instead.
I ordered the Resiners G3 2-in-1 Machine and Extender directly from their website on January 14th.
It is now January 31st, nineteen days later, and I am still waiting.
The irony is that as a 'direct' customer, I am being penalized with a 3-week + wait for shipping from China, while the exact same product is available on Amazon UK for next-day delivery.
When I raised this with customer service, I was given excuses about 'separate sales channels' and offered a 'VIP' shipping upgrade that came with the warning of high import duties, clearly a deterrent to keep me on the slowest shipping route possible.
I love the Resiners products, they are good quality, but their direct-to-consumer logistics are a failure.
They are happy to take your money, but they won't use their UK warehouse stock for their own website customers.
If you want a Resiners machine, do not buy it here. Go to Amazon and save yourself weeks of frustration."

* Well, as an addendum to this review.
I wrote this article before I had ‘actually seen’ any other reviews about Resiners, but I can confirm that I wasn’t surprised when my review was made public, and I was directed to see my review, along side other failed customers.
While witnessing the same reaction to the Resiners website by other customers as I had experienced, I’m actually surprised that Resiners don’t just supply customers directly from Amazon.
Logistically, this would be ‘a no brainer’ with their supplies going directly to a third party (like Amazon) and using their delivery methods instead of single customer orders clogging up their supply chains, and then transferring to various shipping companies. .
However, it’s not my company, but I do wish them well. The quality of the actual products is fabulous, it’s just the “getting them” that seems to be the bug bear.
