Wonderfully efficient staff who will get you wherever you want to go in either email or web hosting. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for such a fine service

Letshost's customer panel is very easy to follow and understand compared to some of their competitors. Customer service is really efficient, courteous and spot on. I had a reason interaction with a member of their staff (Marian) who speedily assisted in restoring one of my client's expired domain, generate invoice so that I could action and restore with minimal disruption to my client.

A great company to deal with and their technical and customer support is excellent no matter what issues arise. I find Letshost to be totally customer focused and totally professional as well as being very easy to deal with. The resolve issues very quickly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently set up a second website and went to Letshost to host this for me as I knew it would be easy to set up and that any issues that arise in the future will be resolved very quickly as their team is excellent.

I wanted to take a minute to recommend Letshost. I have been using their services for the past 15 years and am delighted to say that there has not been a single time when I was unhappy with the service.

They have excelled my expectations at customer service and technical service and I will continue to work with them in the future.

They are always my first point of call with anything web related.

Been with LetsHost for a year and a bit now. First starting off as a complete novice their tech support is absolutely extraordinary to help and aid beginners to understand how to run their server.

The only downside I have about them is their UI/UX, sometimes it is difficult to find what you're looking for.

However, as always their team is always polite and happy to help!

Letshost have an excellent, stable support team that are experts in their field and really react to problems when they arise. They take personal interest in resolving issues and have always resolved even the most trickiest issues that arise over the years when maintain websites for clients.

We have used Letshost as our ISP for a good 15 years now. Our business is global and lots of us work remote so our web infrastructure is above normal and requires a fair amount of extra work to maintain.

Been with LetsHost for some years now and - as with all websites - the occasional glitch happens at the server end.
I have encountered a few over the years, most minor, but some major issues too.
Support response time by phone, email or raised ticket has always been excellent and once understood the issues were corrected without delay. ✔😃

Really good service. Noticed my website was down on the evening of a Bank Holiday Monday, sent off an e-mail, and the issue was resolved in a matter of moments. All the positives: prompt, polite, thorough.

Recently I realized they kept overcharging me for a domain for the past 4 years. With good faith, believing it was a mistake I let them know and instead of an apology, I got a "discount" for the amount they overcharged me for, combined. They still gave me a price 4 euro higher they officially ask for a domain. That's how they treat and value customers...

Choose someone else, not these cheeky jokers!
