I had some issues on a couple of occasions with my domain, and every time the Letshost staff solve the issues within less than 5 minutes.
I feel safe keeping my domains with lets host because they provide peace of mind for me.
And even though I don't like Trust Pilot, but I felt compelled to give this Gem ( Lets Host) the praise they deserve.
I have been using Letshost for my hosting and domain registration for over 13 years and have always found the service to be excellent.
Their Control Panel is easy to use and Technical support responds fast to any queries.

5th time in 5 weeks hosting package has been down. Even the letshost website showing page not available. Expensive, poor support and very unreliable
Super response time to support tickets, very easy to use interface admin area for domain management.
Domain bought has left on hold after few rude email they put case on high priority.Very,very poor service, customer service is very slow only contact with customer service is over email, and they respond after 1h or tomorrow because they have work time from 9-17 and what if you have problem after 17h? You need to wait until tomorrow for service (time is money) I find another provider.

Domain bought has left on hold because of identity problems which is okay but when I tried to submit the info they took way too long to respond resulting in my domain being on hold for weeks. Not good enough and will never be back.
Excellent response to a recent outlook issue. After explaining that I'm not so technically savvy, wasn't able to solve issue via e-mail, I was referred internally from Sebastian on the O/N shift to Declan, who called me, gave him access to my Mac and he solved the issue very quickly, professionally and with polite understanding. I'm with Let's Host 16 years, have 3/4 active domains - very happy to recommend its services.
Ive been with LetsHost for about 10 Years now, cant fault the hosting, always fast to respond to any queries and get it resolved. I would recommend them.

Couple of issues I had were resolved in the most efficient and professional manner.
After buying a domain, now for more than month we are still waiting for activation. On the last few submitted comments regarding our ticket no reply even.

I've had a really disappointing experience with LetsHost. I cancelled a domain 2 days before it expired yet they still sent ahead and took full payment from me for the next year. The replies I got regarding this came about days later and they were rude and snotty about it. I have paid for lots of services from Lets Host and they really let themselves down. Do not under any circumstances give them your credit card details as they will just take money and not refund it
Could not access my cp panel. A friendly agent solved my problem in 30 min.
Had occasion to contact LetsHost today and found them to be efficient, helpful and very polite.

as a support tech I find myself on-site a lot but need quick answers to issues that may come up, I found Lets Host support to be amazing, a lot time when a support ticket is submitted you can never tell when when you'll get a response but not with Lets Host, I opened and closed a ticket in 15min . Highly recommended.
