Advice willingly given
I contacted LAE Ltd about installing a pivot arm towbar onto my new Fiat Ducato van. Dan went out of his way to answer my numerous questions and provide a quote. In the end I regretfully had to find an engineer closer to home but I would certainly recommend him as he was so ready to help

Good communication
Good communication and honesty that the part was not in stock and a revised estivated delivery date given.
A little miffed that parts were only sent 2nd class Royal Mail 2nd class despite relatively high postage cost.
All in all a good experience at a substantially discounted price. Parts were packed well.
Would use again.

Brilliant service from customer services. The item I ordered and paid for became out of stock. I left the order live and customer services said they would send the item out as soon as stock was replenished, and that is exactly what happened in two weeks! Best price also! Brilliant😁
