After being let down by another online store for same product who then took money then said not in stock till September.
Contacted Dan , who said yes in stock can either fit or post

I was only just over an hour away so went for fitting.
Excellent team work is all I can say , old awning removed and new fitted all within 40mins.

I ordered a Fiamma sun canopy as were cheapest on the internet. 4 days after the order they cancelled and returned the money. I contacted them and they told me there was an error and that price was too cheap, mmmmmm. They gave me another price (more) in which I agreed to and said I now need sending to the caravan site. They sent one to home and caravan site, this is not a small item. A casting on the leg broke, not Letang fault but the process to report a warranty is none existent. I told them which part I need from Amazon. 6 weeks later still not resolved I just bought the part myself. Wouldn't use again.

Hi I purchased a item from here that had lots of stock paid in full only to have my order cancelled not knowing why I messaged the company to see if I could resolve the cancellation but no communication so not very impressed.

Extremely poor service and unreliable delivery. I ordered a Thule Omnistor 1200 on Friday, 24 July, expecting delivery within the advertised 1–2 working days. Unfortunately, the item arrived 17 days later on Monday, 10 August—long after I had already left for my summer holiday, completely defeating the purpose of the purchase. My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating for several reasons. Zero Communication: I tried calling, messaging via Shop Chat, and messaging via the shop's WhatsApp for a week with no response. Misleading Updates: I was repeatedly promised "next-day shipment," but the shop application continuously showed the item was still awaiting dispatch / awaiting details from the seller. Deceptive Support: Customer service gave contradictory excuses. I was eventually told the system glitched because five people ordered at once, and that the item was actually shipping from a third-party supplier. If an item is fulfilled by a third party, this should be clearly stated at checkout as standard delivery times cannot be met. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication, the false promises, and the overall poor service.

Very poor customer service. I asked a technical question on their enquiry page, totally ignored. Then I tried through their WhatsApp option; I was told they would look into the question and never got back to me. Avoid

Overall a good experience however delivery presented an issue .. DX parcel delivery are not much better than EVRI

Complete and utter rubbish customer service.
I made a complaint to Klarna about the service.
I called them no answer,they called me back and said they don't take calls from random people- identify yourself??
I said is this letang electrical and again i was met with the response we do t accept calls from random people- i said you called me !!!
eventually i got an answer and he said yes this so letang
I gave him the order number and he told me the item has not been dispatched but then he backtracked and said the sales team has
gone home and i'm the workshop
manager and i can't do anything other than pass the message on

hang on you have just told me the item has
not been dispatched again back tracked and used micro aggression to suggest i was been aggressive.
I asked to speak to his boss but got nothing but the run around, I asked for it to be cancelled and i received an email telling me it has been cancelled to which i replied- GOOD!!
I then got a tirade of what's app
messages showing it had been cancelled.
Do not under any circumstances use this company, its customer sales are
appalling and that's a understatement.

There was a hitch with delivering my order by Evri but I was kept informed throughout and received my Thule awning by Fed Ex instead and within the original time frame. The packaging is pretty much bomb proof too so I would definitely buy from these guys again

I looked at a number of websites to get info regarding a Thule awning but very few had a phone number i could contact to get the info/guidance I needed. On the Letang website there was a contact number and when I called Daniel answered, he was excellent. He gave me all the guidance I needed and pulled out all the stops to make sure I got my awning on time. Very happy with product and service from Daniel was above and beyond.

Took to long to arrive no reason given when asked

It’s a real shame that they use DX as a courier. Nothing but problems with them in our area. The item I needed for this weekend is now still in transit despite DX saying that they would deliver today.

Considering there were problems that were out of anyone's control and I had to cancel my order the customer service was first rate. I actually got a call from an actual human being .... Excellent service, cancelled order and refund within two days. Would definitely use them to order future products.
