Scammer. They sold me Ray-Ban eyewear online and then went dark. Once the money was out from card, they stopped responding.

Have been using this company for a few years and have had no issues. They usually deliver within 2 days. However, the packaging they use is far too big and won't fit through the letter box, so if out at work. I have to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail (not easy). If the company was more considerate they could easily use packaging that fits through through letter box. For this reason I won't use them again.

They misled me to buy "Not fit for purpose" Lenjoy Night&Day contact lenses instead of my normal "excellent" Air Optex Night &Day contact lenses.
I complained and there customer service (I don't think so) bi-passed the concept of discussing my complaint and sent me an invoice to pay for the "Fantastic" Air Optex Night &Day which they would send to me when they have them back in stock.

Terrible CX! They advertise products they clearly don’t have in stock and offer delivery dates picked out of thin air. Processed the order, took the payment and then sent me an email advising they would have to source the order externally and a timeline would be advised. Shoddy as anything!! Still waiting for my refund after cancelling the order. Give these guys a wide berth. Plenty more reputable sites around.

Avoid at all costs. Originally placed an
Order nearly 4 weeks ago as they stated items were in stock. Then they changed to middle of October which I couldn’t wait for, I emailed to request a refund they have declined and now ignoring my messages?! Date of delivery has now changed again to mid November - all I want is my money back. Sham company with terrible customer service please avoid at all costs

Avoid this company iv had 2 different orders over a 2 year gap thier lenses are awful and appear sub standard

I have ordered my daily contact lenses for the first time on this platform on 05. July. After Ordering, they wrote me it is out if stock but it comes in less than two weeks, telling me that I get them before going to vacation! They wrote me the same thing over and over until I finally cancelled the purchase few days ago!! It was the first time I had such a bad experience in buying contact lenses in the last ten years!!! very disappointing!

they send you the wrong (different) item as they are out of stock of the one you ordered when you try to return it they just don't want you to return it even though you are covered by the 14 days consumer right
the phone line is always going to voice mail appalling service

Really excellent service. My second order had a problem, but they exchanged the incorrect box immediately. Customer service very friendly.

They've worked great for me for years! Fast shipping, no issues.

Dont buy here... they shipped the wrong linces. Cheaper models and did not even want to pay me the difference.. stay away!!!

Τον Γεναρη που μας περασε εκανα την πρωτη μου παραγγελια με την εταιρια. Υπηρξε καθυστερηση με την παραδοση της παραγγελιας αλλα στο τελος ολα λυθηκαν. Τον ιουνιο ελαβα ενα email σαν υπενθύμιση οτι οι φακοι μου θελουν ανανεωση, και σκεφτηκα τελεια εξυπηρετηση πελατων. Ετσι εκανα το ΛΑΘΟΣ και επανελαβα την παραγγελια μου. Η παραγγελια δεν παραδόθηκε ποτε οχι μονο απο αποψη χρονου, αλλα οτι δεν μπορουσαν να βρουν την διευθυνση. Σημειωτεον, η ιδια διευθυνση που παρεδοσαν τον Γεναρη. Μετα απο emails που αναταλλαχθηκαν λεγοντας μου οτι η εταιρεια εστειλε την παραγγελια μου μεσα στα χρονικα ορια που διαφημιζουν, απεδοσαν την μη λαραδοση στη μεταφορικη. Ζητησα να ακυρωθει η παραγγελια μου, καθως ξεπερασε τις 2 εβδομαδες και ζήτησα επιστροφη των χρηματων. Οχι μονο η καρτα μου δεν πιστωθηκε, ολες οι εταιρεις που χρησιμοποιουν μηχανηματα καρτων εχουν την δυνατοτητα να πιστωσουν πισω τις καρτες...και εγω στις πωλησεις δουλευω, αναγκαστηκα να δωσω τον τραπεζικο μου λογαριασμο. Η εν λογω εταιρεια πραγματοποιησε εμβασμα και μου κρατηθηκε προμηθεια...οχι μονο δεν πηρα το προιον, αλλα πληρωσα και προμηθεια για τις χειριστες υπηρεσιες... Διαβάστε λιγότερα

Been using them to buy my contact lenses for several years now. Always delivered very promptly even if selecting the standard postal option. The freebies included with each order also very welcome. Thoroughly recommended

As a contact lens wearer for 30 years, I have bought from both Alensa.co.uk and Lentiamo.co.uk. I thought both were 5* as I'd never had a problem before. However when I did, it turns out Alensa's phone number does not work, their returns process is abysmal and I had to pay for return of faulty/fake lenses myself even though they admitted there was a problem with this batch/lot#. I also lost money on the exchange rate when finally refunded. Lentiamo.co.uk by contrast were brilliant for exact same issue (had sent me lenses from exact same batch - imo, likely counterfeit) and emailed a pre-paid label and were incredibly helpful and responsive. I'll be using them in the future.

Shockingly bad company!
I ordered lenses of 3.50 which were as near to my prescription of 3.25 as I could get but I couldn't see out of them. It was as if the lenses were of no strength.
I contacted the company straight away to complain that I was not given what I ordered but I was refused any refund or replacement lenses. Instead they offered me a reduction on a future order!
Do they honestly think I will be ordering from them again? No chance.
If you order from the company & get what you requested, great. However, if you need a refund / replacement, be prepared to be thoroughly disappointed

Very poor service. Avoid. Placed an order and didn't received it so check on their website the delivery date was one month after placing the order! Email them to request a cancellation and was told they've sent lenses only for my one eye out which wasn't helping anyway, worse, those lenses never arrived. So emailed again to request a refund and eventually got refunded. A waste of time.

I've been buying contact lenses from Lentiamo for a while now and I would absolutely recommend them as the best out of all the companies I've tried. They sell all the quality brands at good prices and once you factor in the very reasonable delivery charge (or free over a certain spend) they offer the best value.
My main reason for recommending Lentiamo is their impeccable customer service. Everything is hassle-free, orders are dispatched on time, and they are always friendly and willing to help. Recently I had a problem with supply from the manufacturers and they kept me updated throughout the process. I asked if I could change my order so that I didn't run out of lenses, and they sorted it out for me immediately. I'm so impressed with the truly personal customer service and how helpful they've been - most other companies wouldn't go out of their way to ensure you get what you need on time. Lentiamo is the best company you could use for your contact lenses.
