I’ve bough their contacts multiple times (solotica ). And is been great till this last time . I decided to order the Bella brand well they gave me an eye infection and you see blurry . Idk if it the brand or their defective . I reached out to costumer service multiple times and I’ve just gotten ignore . That’s how they treat their faithful costumers .

I've purchased lenses here twice and both time they gave me an eye infection. Customer service was ridiculous. I don't recommend them.

For over five years, I've been a dedicated Lensme customer, even recommending them to many and showcasing their products on social media. My recent purchase of Anesthesia Anesthetic Fonesta lenses, however, was a complete letdown. Not only was the color different than expected, but the lenses blurred my vision after just a few hours. What's worse is the abysmal customer service I received. It took weeks to get a response, and after jumping through hoops (including destroying the defective lenses), my reasonable request for a replacement pair of my trusted Bella Elite Emerald Green lenses was denied. This complete lack of support for a loyal customer is shocking and frankly, feels like a betrayal. I'll be taking my business to Bella Elite directly and can no longer recommend Lensme.

Ordered a second pair of contacts. It was easy to place the order and kept notifying me of status at every step.

J’ai eu un souci avec une paire de lentilles Anesthesia qui me causait une forte gêne à l’œil. J’ai contacté le service client de lens.me et j’ai été agréablement surprise par leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme. Après quelques échanges, ils m’ont proposé un remplacement mais je devais payer les frais d’envoi.
Résultat : les nouvelles lentilles sont parfaites, je ne les sens même pas !

Petit conseil pour les clients en Belgique : avec l’envoi standard, j’ai eu des frais de douane assez élevés (26 €), mais avec FedEx Express, il n’y en a pas. Ça vaut vraiment le coup de choisir cette option.
Un grand merci à l’équipe pour leur écoute et leur efficacité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

I just wanted to say, I've been shopping with Lens.Me for a few years now, and you guys are WONDERFUL! I made the mistake of ordering some lenses from a different company because they were MUCH cheaper, but "you get what you pay for". The lenses (while they had a brand name) were an inferior lens, and while wearing them, made my eyesight worse. They were terrible. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Your lenses are always true to the name and a MUCH better product! Thank you for staying consistent and keeping my vision clear! THANK YOU!!!
