Well, I must say that this was an awesome product!
I was skeptical and concerned about ordering Halloween eye contacts for my costume.
After researching (a lot) I found this lens.me site that sold FDA contacts.
I didn’t want to pay for expedited shipping. Their normal shipping was FAST. I received my contacts within a week.
They arrived well packaged. The contacts are in individual disposable, sealed And sterile containers just like the prescription contacts. Included is a plastic contact storage case with the screw lids. This was a pleasant surprise.
Now, the actual contact lenses were a game changer for my costume!
I like that The pupil part of the lens is cut out. These do not affect my vision whatsoever.
The contacts are smooth with absolutely no rough edges, bumps or scratches… and easy to insert and remove.
These were comfortable to wear, stayed in place and remained wet.
I’d certainly purchase this product again.
USER, Now being sterile during use is up to the customer….IMPORTANT. Before opening the contacts, buy a good quality lense solution and wash your hands…especially the tips of your fingers!

Easy to look and order

Delivery promises from lens.me is a SCAM.

I am not happy. I ordered lenses for a specific function on the 25th. The lens.me website indicated a delivery date via FedEx to me of the 24th; hence I paid the additional FedEx delivery cost to guarantee delivery on the 24th.
Today is the 25th and I do not have my lenses...the FedEx location is nearby...however, FedEx has explained they cannot release the package to because lens.me has instructions to FedEx to not deliver the package until the 30th.

Shipping is always fast every time I have ordered. I can't comment on thier customer service because I have never had an issue and needed to contact them

I would rate lens.me 5 stars simply because their customer service is top notch. I've always had a good experience on that side of things and I've been ordering from them for years.

This time I put in the wrong power by accident and emailed them to change it and they replied quickly and managed to fix it for me without any issues.

Unfortunately the product itself wasn't so great (but this was to do with the lens brand itself - solotica lenses and not lens.me who stock a variety of brands to choose from). The thickness of the lenses was far too uncomfortable and I only wore it for one day even though it was supposed to be for three months.

Wow. I bought some lenses as my usual company who were great stopped stocking them. I onky read the reviews after I bought it which was my fault. I saw it as a professional one site so the bad review didn't cross my mind. I recieved the lenses in good time it just Ike other reviews they were blurry. Customer services respond once or twice a week. Bad service. Avoid
