Shout out to Sajna, who helped me when I accidentally sent my lenses to my old address. She contacted FedEx and fixed my mistake since I couldn’t do it on my end. I’m a long-time customer, and now I know that not only are the lenses great, but their customer service is too.

Easy shopping on the website ..plenty of choices… Quick delivery…packing was meat sealed…. Color was spot on …. I have ordered twice already I will be ordering again … NO REGRETS

I ordered the lenses from their website. The order process was extremely easy and seamless! Their service was amazing. The customer services was superb and i recieved the order with in few days. They kept on updating me about the whole progress. I highly recommend them!

I have been buying contact lenses here for five years and never had any problem. The staff is amazing, communication is excellent, and shipping is fast and safe. Super recommend this store.

I ordered prescription lenses and colored non-prescription lenses. The prescription are fine, but the colored contacts are not colored, I would call them "highlights" at best. They provide no obvious color change even though I chose a much darker color than my natural color. Company is in Dubai making it difficult if not impossible to do returns, the cost is more than the contacts, very long delivery times.

I've gotten my contact lenses (solotica) here for almost 10 years now! Customer service is exceptional they will always make sure things go properly. The product itself is always second to none!

I love saving money on my contacts. Customer service seems great. Got a quick reply from email. However the shipping time takes quite awhile. It took 29 days to receive order.

I did not receive my contacts from the hub where they were shipped to. I emailed customer service and told them what was going on. They emailed me back right away. They told me they'd look into it and they did just that. Instead of waiting they sent replacement contacts and they arrived on time. Awesome customer service. I will order from here in the future.

I only get my contact lenses from them, because doctor offices always left me disappointed with their 2-3 weeks wait time to get my lenses but with Lens.me I can get them to me almost less than a week, and from Dubai at that! I’ve also ordered in the past some colored lenses, and they have such great selections of shades and prescriptions.

Overall a great company! With me, they have a loyal customer for life 💕

The shipping cost and time to get the lenses is too long vs what it used to be before COVID. I don’t mind paying shipping but receiving time needs to be improved.

Love the lenses I bought bought, always fast shipping and customer service is very helpful. I couldn’t remember which lenses I purchased, they looked up my last order for me.

I bought one batch of daily contacts cause they are made of a better material than yearly or monthly contacts, I thought. The color was not like the picture, but I can live with that. Though, it felt like sandpaper in the eyes and after only a few hours my vision became blurry. I removed them immediately but my vision didn't get clear afterwards either and they are still stinging. When I reached back I got these auto directed answers "You're not able to send it back cause you have used the lenses" (I got these many times without any compensation whatsoever. I used 1 out of 10 and they wasn't what I payed for. What I'm hesitant about is not actually returning them..It's obviously getting compensated. For these contacts I payed $45 - for 10 days !!! It's extremely expensive and I'm not able to wear them. They said I could get new ones of the same brand for $25..

Finally found the best green contact in Jade by Hidracor! Tried airoptix and fresh look and others too, but this lens is a beautifully blended natural shade. I was also surprised at how comfortable they were to wear. They don’t shift around on my eyes and the pupil is the just right size too

Extremely fast shipping. Used FedEx which is one of the only reliable delivery companies to my rural location. Lenses are stunning, and highly realistic!
