Did not do the driving test for the 2nd time in a row. Seller confirmed that insurance and plates were available, the inspector just waiter for seller to leave and did not drive test the truck really poor. Won't use them anymore.

REFUND REQUEST - Extremely poor customer service. Ordered inspection was finally completed then was not able to open emailed inspection report to see results. Constant busy signal when dialing for help wasting days trying to get a response during which time the vehicle was sold. Now I’m supposedly at fault and no refund will be processed. Total rip-off

My first inspection was great this last guy was blind

I thought the first time I used Lemon Squad I just got a bad person doing the review but this second time was worse than the first. Said, car had dings all over it and no pics of what he said and on the chart it was marked ding free. No up close pics. No check of breaks, no check of under carriage. They didn't even test drive it. About 4 different pics and then multiples of the same pic. Total waste of money!

Would have been nice if it had been more clearly stated that reports are not processed the next business day, so if you get an inspection on Friday, you don't get a report until Monday.

I requested an inspection at a small town dealership. The inspection was completed & I was happy with the inspectors work. The only item that was a potential problem was the time it took to get an inspector to the small town dealership. I requested an inspection on a Thursday. Most inspections are said to be done within 24 hours or so. Since mine was not in a large city area, it wasn't completed until the following Monday. Some dealers may not hold a car that long for an inspection. Just my 2 cents. I would use Lemon Squad again though.

It took almost a week to get a report, even after I called multiple times.

The report had over 300 pictures which is overkill, but not much was written about the car.

The car was road tested, but there was no mention about how the engine or transmission performed.

I ordered the inspection for a used truck I was considering purchasing and immediately found that the timing they provide on the website is optimistic and apparently unrealistic so plan for a two day buffer on top of what’s promised.

I received the report and made the purchase based on the results which were all positive aside from some very minor interior things like the floor mat and passenger seat had some wrinkles.

Upon buying the truck and driving it home, I noticed a musty smell over time and I kept coughing. When I got home I looked under the seats to see what I could find and it didn’t take much searching to find a mold issue all over the place. There was also about an inch of water under the back seat so there’s definitely some kind of water incursion.

The truck now has a clear clicking noise when I drive so I’m working through identifying what’s going on there.

I’m really disappointed. I wouldn’t have purchased the truck if I would have been aware of these issues which is the very reason I purchased the inspection. Some of this is on me, I shouldn’t have fully trusted the inspection and done my own under seat inspection because I didn’t need much knowledge to do that. Would not recommend this service.

The initial set-up on your website was not straightforward, and imo needs improvement. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations.

Lack of communication plus took way too long for the paperwork

The technicians do not exercise due diligence in the performance of their assigned tasks. Very sub standard work.

The report was written well and thoroughly.
The technician came out reasonably quickly (3 days from time of booking due to a weather issue) and seemed to get the report turned around very quickly as well. From time of booking to report in hand was 4 days.
I wasn't there to go over things with them which was one of the reasons I hired them. They were able to schedule with the person I was buying the car through and took care of all the logistics involved.

I would definitely use Lemon Squad again for the peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle

The report I rec'd back was very detail and informative. Also the follow up rep I talked with was very knowledgeable. The combination of both of those things made me confident in moving forward to purchase the vehicle.

Received car battery dead after turning off. Date code on battery 2008. It’s 2026? Oil obviously not changed in forever black and thick. This uses 5w 30. Car running hot and can smell antifreeze so water pump, radiator, heater core, or thermostat has issues. Going to have to tow to my mechanic because afraid to drive.we count on your service and when your people do a poor job it’s upsetting because you are the eyes, ears, and knowledge to make a sound long distance purchase. Learned my lesson never again. Plus you charged me over $300. Just sad and ridiculous.

What a great service. Had to buy a used car a thousand miles away, and Lemon Squad ran all the traps and completed a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report that helped me arrive at my decision. Will use again and I highly recommend Lemon Squad. 5 stars.

Service and tech was professional and efficient.

I went online and scheduled the service on Thursday and Lemon Squad was out at the Dealership the very next day on Friday. They also sent me a very thorough and extensive report about the car they inspected for me, providing me with pictures all around and inside of the vehicle, along with a video of them starting the vehicle and allowing me to hear it run.

Had great experience with Lemon Squad. Stood behind there product 100%
