Great customer service
Santa put a Ledlenser Kids head torch in my son’s stocking last Christmas. It unfortunately broke and we couldn’t fix it.
I contacted Ledlenser and they were AMAZING! Sorted out a replacement and then included a note to my son from Santa . My son was blown away and it made me feel so emotional as a parent that Ledlenser helped me to keep the magic going.

I was very impressed with their customer service. I contacted them about a 7 year old broken torch and they responded swiftly with various options to resolve the issue. I opted to replace the battery component only and now have a fully working torch again. All resolved swiftly and efficiently.

From the moment I made my warranty claim I had nothing but really helpful people emailing to make sure I got everything I needed. Really quick to reply to any question I had, even when I’d made a mistake and left something out they asked for when I sent item back, it was no issues and everything sorted in 24 hours

I recently bought a top rated torch and had to contact customer service
I recently bought a top rated torch from Ledlenser, but it stopped working two weeks ago.So I reached out to customer support and the responses from Faiza was prompt. Over a week of email communications, and patience from her side, it became clear that I needed to fill in a warranty claim. Following this she promptly arrange to replace the torch.She was very friendly and professional in guiding me through the process. I am an avid fan of the company and own 5 of its torches. The customer service from Faiza was equally good.So the company has excellent torches backed up by excellent support service staff such as Faiza.
