Great torches and fantastic guarantee
I have two Ledlenser head torches and both are excellent. Very bright and with useful features such as the ability to focus the beam. But what really sets them apart is the 7 year guarantee. I'm not sure that this applies to all products but both torches are covered. I've just had one replaced under guarantee after several years of use.

Faiza at Led Lenser has been absolutely brilliant. I bought a P7R 2025 in September '25 and it recently had an issue with the lamp just suddenly failing to work. I use the torch everyday for work so I got in touch with them regarding the warranty and they were very helpful. I sent the faulty torch back and a new one was with me 3 days after they received it. Can't get much better than that and they've kept me updated the whole time. Amazing service!

Absolutley first rate service
Absolutley first rate service. My agent Fiaza was amazing. I sent an email about a torch I purchased which went faulty after it ran out of its warranty period asking for advice, I was told as a good will gesture to send the torch back and they would look at it. Low and behold a day after they received it, Faiza sent me an email to say they were replacing the whole torch free of charge "WOW" Faiza was brilliant answering emails on the fay instesd of days later, polite, professional and above all so generous. I cant believe how good the people at Led Lenser are. I for one would most highly recommend there products, after sales service but above all Faiza for just being so helpfull, less than a week from reporting it to the new one being in the post by return including the time posting the faulty out of watranty torch back. I cant believe how great the service is. One super happy customer. Thank you Faiza and Led Lenser.

Great customer service
I’ve used the same model of head torch for a couple of years and it’s a great head torch, although I have had a couple of issues with it. But the customer service is faultless and I’ve always had a quick response from the company and they are always very helpful to resolve any issues quickly.
