I have been a regular customer now for a few months at black sheep, getting my daily coffee and sometimes a light bite to eat. They have many options to choose from and are one of the most affordable places at the airport with good meal deals and even 50% of selected items sometimes. Not only is the food and coffee amazing but they have the best customer service, always smiling and happy to help (even with complicated orders😂) big hats of to Josh the team lead who without fail is always warm and welcoming and whilst waiting for my order he and I always have a good little chat. I recommend black sheep to any airport user whether it’s a quick coffee before a long flight or if it’s a bite to eat on your lunch break.

super duper slow in response, had to request invoice every single time, invoice not available to download from account, resend email request, no response.

Edgware Road Black Sheep : cleanliness unacceptable- the cake / pastry display is alive with flies and has been for several days !

Dreadful experience, Açai bowl was inedible açai was frozen solid. After discussion the order was changed to bacon sandwich and egg and bacon roll. Bacon full of fat the tea was cold. We gave up and left with eating anything £30 lighter. Won’t go there again!!

Very quick service with beans arriving on an island 4 days from order. Perfect.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I visited two different locations and had to wait while staff stood with their backs turned to me, only to be told they don’t sell gift cards.

When I later bought a gift card online, I was charged twice for a single card. I paid £100 for a £50 gift card. I contacted customer service by email but received no response.

This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. Poor in-store service and no support when a serious payment issue occurred.

Dropped by this coffee shop on a rainy afternoon and was truly impressed by the turmeric matcha latte.

I hate the ordering system - it’s absurdly difficult to find the decaf version of a coffee - additionally the coffee itself was watery and bitter - super disappointing experience
