My wife and I visited on Friday 17th and ordered tea for two. We asked for white sugar and was told only brown sugar and sweeteners were available. When my wife asked Daylsford’s website why there was no white sugar available the reply was
White sugar was not organic. This is incorrect. White granulated sugar can be certified organic, organic white sugar is derived from sugarcane or sugar beets grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilisers, or GMOs. It is refined without bone char or harsh chemical bleaching agents, often appearing less ‘pure white’ than conventional, highly processed white sugar.

Had a delicious meal with my husband in The Trough. Hake and a burger with the lovey bean salads - topped off with a crumble with two spoons for sharing obviously ! 🙄 great service too

Delivery of my purchase was delayed by a day , there was no notification from Daylesford. I had to contact customer services and the attitude from the person I spoke to was not what I expected. DPD never contacted me when the parcel was delivered as I wasn’t at home and was left at the doorstep in full view. Don’t think Carol Bamford would be too impressed.

Such a pleasure to shop at Daylesford. The linen napkins are beautiful, exactly what I have been searching for. The Easter Chick baskets very special and made two little people extremely happy on Easter Morning.

This is a mixed bag as online the service is great delivery on time reallt prompt. In store remains a lot to be desired unfortunately , staff lack the product info and often come up short which is what it is . I dont think they are hiring the best possible staff and with the high turnover i dont think they do enough to convince good people to stay

I found ordering products which were gifts, very easy - no stress!
Delivery was excellent. All products were packaged so well, everything arrived in excellent condition.
The recipient was very happy with the ginger cake, ginger beer and dark chocolate.

This was an Easter present for my daughter and son in law who said it was fabulous and more than enough for the two of them for a couple of breakfasts.

I have tried two of the soups that I ordered and they are delicious, full of wholesome ingredients and they are freezable.
They arrived in perfect condition with cool bags to keep them fresh.
I would have given 5 stars but the night before my chosen delivery date I received an email saying my order would be a day late.
I had purposely chosen a day that I knew I would be home to take my delivery.

First purchase from Daylesford. So far have had the leg of lamb, which we were very pleased with. Looking forward to having the chicken and sausages. I have bought from other organic sites and have found delivery charges and the whole delivery process very smooth with Daylesford.
