Gorgeous garden dining furniture
Great service from Lazy Susan from start to finish, we are delighted with our new garden furniture, it arrived as scheduled and was extremely well packed. My husband and I assembled everything with ease, it was a little time consuming but it comes supplied with everything you need even an allen key and screwdriver but my husband preferred to use his own. (Personal choice). We are so happy with it it's very sturdy and well made which is what we were looking for as the last garden furniture we bought literally fell apart after only two years, so we decided to invest in this beautiful set and we're not disappointed. Roll on summer and thank you Lazy Susan we will definitely be recommended your furniture to our family and friends.

The Lazy Susan furniture looks…
The Lazy Susan furniture looks fantastic when it is put together, but it is not easy to assemble. The main problem is that some of the casting is not true. My husband had to use lots of extra nuts to pack bolts so that the chairs and tables do not rock on a flat surface.
The difficulty of assembly is the reason we do not purchase more items.

Great customer service
Ordered table and chairs separately by mistake. Customer service sorted my order out and refunded the difference. The set arrived quickly and I managed to set it up by myself but had a friend tighten the screws. It is comfortable to sit at and very sturdy I really recommend this company

Table and chairs arrived,there was missing parts from the table,I emailed the company and the service manager mailed me back immediately telling me a new table was on the way,I call that excellent customer service,

Perfect!
I wanted a bistro set with proper backs on the chairs. The Rose set from Lazy Susan is perfect for the small courtyard at the back of my kitchen. They are excellent quality and very good value for money. I'm a female in my 70's and it was easy for me to assemble on my own. They came well packaged and the delivery was prompt and to schedule.

Some assembly required.
I was expecting a single piece item like my previous chairs, but perhaps that was overly optimistic for a bench. Assembly was only 8 bolts and easily achieved. My previous furniture is now over a decade old and still looks fine. Expecting similar from this item.

Good from start to finish
Good from start to finish. Able to choose exactly what we wanted from the website. Very competitively priced patio table and 8 chairs, lattice effect, powdered grey aluminium finish.
Helpful customer service with our queries.
Delivery managed v efficiently, we were fully informed of delivery arrangements and timing.
The boxes contained every nut, bolt, washer, spanner, screwdriver needed for assembly. Ok the first chair took me 30 mins but I got quicker and quicker the more I did. Strong, well built and finished product.
Very pleased, highly recommended. Thanks.
