The ordering process was easy but delivery was complicated by the fact that the contractor didn't answer their phone. The metal chairs were easy to assemble, as was the table, and are of good quality. However, the bolts attaching the table legs into the top stuck out too far, due to poor machining, so I had to request longer bolt caps (which arrived within 24 hrs of me contacting Lazy Susan). Finally, it is disappointing that the chair covers are not shaped to fit the chair seat, although the internal filler is.

Order was placed and table and chairs arrived within a few days. Good communication and the furniture arrived well packed and protected. Good quality and easy to assemble

I am delighted with my new six seater oval table. I put together the six chairs last week and today I did the table. Everything was provided and beautifully packaged. Next week I shall be christening the table for my 80th. birthday party.

Very pleased with the quality and appearance of our garden set. And the ability to stack the chairs we bought will be great for overwinter storage outside.
Easy enough to put the table together provided the nuts aren’t tightened until everything is located! Also the offer of tree planting in exchange for a photo is very generous and welcome. And made in the UK too.

Really pleased with our Lazy Susan Catherine table overall. The quality feels excellent and sturdy, and it looks like it will be a stress-free, weatherproof addition to the garden for years to come. Customer service has also been consistently responsive and helpful throughout.

Like many others have mentioned, the courier experience could definitely be improved, and we did run into some issues with insufficient nuts and screws in the package. Also worth noting that the “Antique Bronze” finish looks more black than bronze in person — although I personally ended up being happy with the colour.

One thing to be aware of is that the assembly was quite complex for me personally, so I ended up hiring an expert through Taskrabbit to put it together.

Despite those small issues, we love the table and are very happy with the purchase.

The delivery was efficient and the table and chairs are lovely. I am very pleased with my new patio set and I would recommend this product. The table, chairs and parasol base came flatly packed and assembling it all was time consuming but it was worth it.

This is my second purchase from Lazy Susan and it is fabulous garden furniture.
I bought a two seater bench last year and it still looks brand new.

Not my first purchase, and doubtful it will be my last as I begin to move all my wooden garden furniture over to these cast aluminium ones.

I seem to have "suffered" from a wee issue from the factory, which I notified LS of by email. It wasn't really a complaint, but..... I received a call within minutes, and everything resolved OK.

The sign of a good company is what happens when things don't go totally as expected. Things can and do go wrong on rare occasions. So when a company moves quickly to rectify, then it is much appreciated.

Bench is a good size, height and length, and seems very well made (although obviously prolonged exposure to the weather is the real test). I would have liked the screws to be slightly longer, as putting the seat together on my own I found the washers kept trying to escape. But that is a very minor thing.

Great garden furniture. Very sturdy. Love the colour I've chosen too. Looks lovely in the garden.

Purchased a table and six chairs in 2021 and was pleased with the product.This year all chairs are flaking a nd rusting.,one in particular,but all others are showing same signs.I wonder if this is bad batch coating.
I have been offered replacement chairs at £70 each but feel that I would be wasting my money so hopefully will source a better quality elsewhere.
Listening to advert on classic FM. today which again I feel does not mention deterioration but extols the virtues of this furniture.

Really easy to put together. We bought the set as we have family that has the same which has lasted 4/5years sat outside with no issue at all. Delivery took a couple of weeks which was longer than anticipated, but was well organised when the delivery company had it.

My recent discovery of Lazy Susan was definitely a stroke of luck! My new garden furniture arrived a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. From the order to the delivery, everything was amazingly smooth. The furniture is gorgeous, great quality and exactly as described.
