Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress and it is too small. I emailed them 1 day after I received the dress (dress in its original condition with tags on it as I only tried it on for a couple of minutes). They sent a reply asking me to send them a proof via a picture of me in the dress. This is ridiculous and I have never heard of such a thing.

The clothes are a car crash. I’ve wasted £300 & I can’t even give these clothes away. The quality is an absolute joke…they come severely crumpled up & look like they are made by a blind 5 year old. Please do not waste your money. This scam is set up so u will only buy once cos once u receive you know you have been completely scammed. I hope I can save you the bother. Very disappointing experience with Lavechic. The quality of the products is extremely poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos on the website. The sizing is inaccurate, the material feels cheap (mostly plastic), and the finishing is very low quality.
What is even more frustrating is the return policy. If you are not satisfied, you have to cover the return shipping costs yourself, which in my case was 45€. This makes returning low-quality items unreasonable and very inconvenient.
I would not recommend ordering from this website unless you are prepared to risk receiving products that look completely different from what is advertised and paying expensive return fees.

I really think Lavechic is a scam, and the dress I received wasn't labeled, and it looks absolutely unwearable
The inside of the dress is all white and the fabric is a 100% synthetic.
The chest area is stretch,and definitely can not be worn without a bra.
Im a customer of SHEIN, and i wouldn't look at this dress twice.

Please do not purchase from this company. They do NOT honor their written return policy which provides that they will cover the return shipping if they send the wrong item. They have refused to provide a complete refund unless I personally cover the high expense of sending the item back. Alternatively, if I don’t want to send it back, they have offered me a 30% refund — on something I did not order and do not want. Customers should not have to cover for company mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!

Sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, Bestellung entspricht nicht den Bildern, Gürtel komplett anders, Gürtel zu klein für Kleidungsstück. Andere Spitze verwendet, Farben komplett anders. Spitze in zwei verschiedenen rot Tönen.
Rücksendung soll ich auf eigene Kosten(wiederspricht deutschem Gesetz) trotz Mangel zurück gesendet werden, an Person nicht Firma. Maps zeigt keine Gebäude sondern Grünfläche. Laut Gesetz anrecht auf korrekte Firmenadresse.
Paypal bisher untätig.
Kontaktabbruch seitens lavechic seit ich ihnen meine Rechte und Gesetzestexte geschickt habe. Ware die ich per Mail storniert habe, weil ich den restlichen Mist nicht auch noch hier haben will, wurde nach Wochen trotzdem geliefert.
Gehe davon aus das ich nicht einen Cent mehr sehe und das Zeug direkt in den Müll werfe.
Lavechic, definitiv Betrüger denen Gesetze komplett egal sind und einen nur hinhalten.
Das Paypal da zuschaut ist einfach auch nur traurig.
