amendment to my previous review. Initially ordered a dress and jumpsuit. The dress was too large material was not the same as pictured and jumpsuit too small. Posted a review was immediately contacted replacement sent at no charge. Did not have to return the earlier shipment. Which was extremely helpful as freight charges would’ve been immense.

The replacements the jumpsuit replacement large fits great fabulous material. The dress ordered extra small however the material isn’t the same as what was worn by the model. I will keep it but I don’t love it.

Lesson learned great customer service however items received aren’t always the same as items advertised.

Olivia was extremely helpful. I had a challenging return and she worked with me to get to a positive resolution. I love the level of quality and sophistication your clothing represents. I left our conversation feeling valued and my business welcomed and appreciated. This was my first experience and will be a repeat customer and share my experience.

This is a company that you do not want to order from. They have amazing Instagram images of dresses and then when you get them, the material is horrible and it’s not something you would want.

They don’t let you return anything they try to convince you to keep it and they will give you 50% refund

I actually returned my address to China to get a full credit now only did I not get the credit and spent more money shipping it than I paid for the dress but they literally sent the dress back without any explanation. I’m going to give it away to Goodwill.

What I’ve learned about these companies from China is it’s best to come on sites and learn about people’s experience before you impulsively buy their products

This is one of the worst I’ve seen their images and pictures are beautiful. Nothing like the product you got there’s no way I would ever order anything from this company and I hope I help others to make a similar decision.

I bought a dress from Modesees and ordered size small. The dress was way too big. I tried to reach the company to exchange the dress for a XS it’s impossible! I asked for a refund and all the emails were returned and the phone number went to the IRS

I purchased approximately $1K in products on 9/3/26. I haven’t received anything as of 9/30/26. (2) of the items were out of stock, though they were advertised. I only found that out after an email communication I initiated a few days ago. I am hoping this company is integral and ship me my paid for items. So far the process is poor considering their own published shipping policy stated 9 to 15 days.

I hope the wait is well worth it, and will update you all once I receive my shipment. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾

Update 10/08/26 - I received five pieces yesterday. They were as pictured and the quality is great. I am very pleased with the items received, and look forward to receiving the remaining items. Thanks Modesees!!!

I ordered a dress 2 months ago for a wedding I am attending and still have not received any information on the shipping at all. Do NOT spend your money on this company. I am out 180 dollars. I should have read all the negative reviews before placing my order. Trying to prevent anyone else the same experience!

When I received my order, I was first surprised at the packaging. The clothes came in premium packaging, along with care instructions that also came in premium packaging, which spoke volumes about this company. Then, when I opened the package, I was super surprised at the quality of the clothes. The material was high-quality and made me feel better about what I spent on the clothes. When I tried on one of the dresses, it felt great on my skin. The dress was a little tight, so pay close attention to the size chart. Finally, and this is perhaps most important. The Company is RESPONSIVE. So if you have questions, you WILL get a response. That said, I would definitely recommend this Company!!!

They are a scam. Dont buy anything. It will never come. I cannot believe they have not been shutdown already. They are literally stealing from people.

I have been dealing with this company for over a month they sent me an item that was too small I contacted the company for a replacement and everytime they send me a email back it not in or it’s not on their site and I ordered it from their site I have over 10 emails nothing I want to replace is in stock they told me I coulg even keep the garment but yet in still I still get emails it’s not in stock and they will not send me a replacement item I spent my hard earned money to order from their site and this automated email keep coming to me with the same thing I’m keeping all the conversation that we have I think they want the return period to run out I just want a replacement or send me my money back this is not right for a customer to get bamboed like this no communication what so ever only automated response I just need a Refund or a replacement item someone gives me advice what I can do to get a replacement or refund this company is something else please do the right thing

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the clothing and the customer service. I would definitely order from Modesees again and recommend giving them a try.

This company is horrible. I purchased two dresses from them from an address that came from Southern California. The dresses were very small and I requested a refund. I was told the dresses need to be shipped to China which cost me $84 to return them. It's been 2 months and they still have not reimbursed my money. When I reached out to them they tell me that the dresses are stuck and custom and asked me if I want to take a 50% refund. I specifically told them I want all of my money returned. Do not buy from this company.

Great customer service from Feier, she did a great job helping me figure out how to return two dresses that were too large.

The dress is exactly as described and a perfect fit. I am 5’1 and ordered the medium. It is not too long and a short healed boot will be perfect. Fabric is soft and medium thick perfect for fall/winter. And it was delivered timely I absolutely love it.

This shop is a farce. They are not honest you can’t return anything unless you wanna pay hundreds of dollars.
I wouldn’t buy anything from there or any of these sites again without looking into it further which was my mistake.
To top it off the clothes look so much nicer in the pictures when they come it’s made of cheap material and not as you expect. What a joke all the way around.

I ordered two outfits, one arrived 3 months later. As of today, almost a year later the 2nd dress never arrived. My credit card company reached out to Modesses and they claimed the item was sent which is a lie. A lesson learned from ordering inferior merchandise on line from a company with no integrity or standards.
