Laura Bicester 

This company is a complete scam. You order goods thinking its a UK Company from their advertising. Their goods come from China with an excuse that delivery will be delayed. The items nowhere resemble the size guide they give and there are not return labels so they then charge outrageous costs for you to return always offering that you can buy another item different size and start all over again with the purchase. I have reported them as they refuse to just refund my money without my paying a £10 charge.

I was so sure that I could never be scammed but I believe I have . I never shop online and I never will again. Received nothing so far and having read reviews I don’t expect to. I just wish that I’d given my money to charity!!!!

Amazed to eventually receive my order today. I thought it was never going to arrive as like other customers, I thought my dress order was coming from what looked like a lovely shop in Bicester that unfortunately was closing down. Instead, it has obviously been on a slow boat from china.The dress is unbelievably poor quality and looks nothing like the picture of it from the website when I ordered it. I cannot believe that I have been so ripped off with this company. I am so cross with myself for not checking reviews on here before I parted with my money. Very disappointed.

Complete rubbish, just received from China where they were made, not from a shop closing down in Bicester. The two dresses were not made correctly and not finsihed off at hems and are going straight in the bin. I don't know who this Laura is, but her name is being taken in vain if she was a genuine retailer.
I would have not given even one star, but nothing could be written if at least one star was used.

Further to my first review ….I didn’t mean to put 5 stars….I wouldn’t give it one !
I have told them that the goods have gone in a charity bag …..true ….and they have now offered me a 20% refund .Goodness knows if I’ll get it ,but worth a try. They always reply to you very promptly.Not seen anything on FB since I ordered but a few firms out there trying it on now, I’ve learnt my lesson !

The website has closed down. I got my goods and OMG what a load of rubbish they were. I was offered a discount to buy them again and a shipping charge. Told them if they can charge me a shipping charge, they can accept a return and I would have gladly paid it.
I also informed them that I was going to report them to Trading Standards - which I will do. I have also contacted my bank.
If you have a look at Facebook, there are a few 'shops' advertising closing down sales.
How can you let people know that its a scam.

Received My order Which I thought was UK based, Very poor quality, total rip off. After a delay I then realised the product was coming from china, I'm trying to return my dresses with no joy at all and don't really fancy sending them to Asia.

Same as all previous reviews. Spent £106 on goods I thought were coming from a genuine local retailer in Bicester, now have serious doubts as to whether they will ever arrive at all. This is a complete scam!

Just found out via tracking no. that order is coming from China not Bicster village in England and NOT A CLOSING DOWN SALE as on Website. Do not go there. Had a scam/spam email 5 mins after order placed, coincidence????? Do Not Order from Them.

I agree totally with the previous reviewer. Thought I was buying from a British company that was closing down. Very disappointed to find out my delayed order is coming from China- not holding out much hope regarding the quality of the dress when/if it eventually arrives.A big learning curve for me☹️

Very poor quality, and returns are to China so buyer beware.
I thought I was buying from a shop in Bicester !!
