Godaro London 

I believed this was a UK based company, owing to the company name and the many photos of models in London, including what looked like a shop front there. But the goods shipped from China. They were ok but not what I wanted, and I requested to return them. Godaro tried to persuade me to keep them, but after many emails they eventually agreed to a refund. It cost me around £22 to return the goods to China, but the refund never came and when I pressed them on it they ceased contact. I finally got my money back (less the £22) through my credit card issuer. I have learned my lesson NOT to get taken in by what looks like a UK storefront but is actually a supplier mailing direct from China. Since this happened I have seen a couple more examples of this tactic, so be warned! Before ordering, check carefully where the goods will ship from and where you would have to return items to.

If I could have given no stars to Godaro (not in London) I would have done.
I bought two dresses in April which were delivered from China in a plastic bag, the material was poor, the sleeves were completely different and basically they were horrible. I said I wanted to return them and they offered me a 10pc refund. If you read other reviews you can see this is their pattern. I went to the expense of returning the dresses to China, I'm still waiting for my refund and they are ignoring my emails. This does not count as a scam as they did supply goods, but they are dishonest and disreputable people.

First time I never reviewed a company before buying, wish I had. Total scam!! Why is this company allowed to continue trading with so many complaints? Company should be shut down!! My experience is the same as many others: impression of UK company, delayed delivered, dress not true to size, no response from emails sent requesting a refund. Despicable behaviour!!

Very poor quality and not true sizing. No contact when I tried to return. Avoid wasting money. Wish I had read the reviews first.

My item never arrived and I have been unable to communicate with the company after initial emails promising delivery imminently.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They say they offer returns but then refuse to respond to emails (which is the only way to contact them). Sizes are too small so if you are tempted to buy, beware! You'll not get your money back if you want to return. Appalling!

Terrible scam company. Very slow delivery.
I bought 2 dresses, very poor quality and tiny sizing.
Website claims 'Easy Returns' but they are impossible. Will not give return address which they later tell you is in China.
Unable to return them or get a refund.

I ordered a dress which was on sale from this website. The website is advertised on Facebook so I tried to crosscheck and ensure it was legitimate before ordering. The website itself looked OK and at that time I couldn't find any negative reviews.
The dress I ordered was dispatched within about 2-3 days but still hadn't arrived after 2 weeks. I contacted the company by email (which incidentally is the only way to contact them) and I did receive a reply saying it was a problem with the courier but they would mark it as urgent. It turns out the dress was coming from China. The dress did then arrive a couple of days later.
The dress itself does not look like the picture on the website. The sleeves are bigger/flared and it turns out there is a bit slit in the midline. The colours are much more muted and the fabric is cheap and a bit see-through.
I decided to return the dress so I followed the return instructions on the order. You have to email them with your order number and reason for return and then they are supposed to send you a return address. I've emailed a couple of times over the past few weeks and been completely ignored. I'm now trying to get the money back through my credit card company.
Definitely do not use this company. I've seen them selling the same dress under a number of different company names now. The company name always says UK at the end but it is definitely not UK based!

I bought a dress for a wedding which took ages to arrive. When it finally arrived it did not fit as was not true to size. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact via email (as there is no address or telephone number) and they have repeatedly ignored any correspondence. Absolutely would never buy again from this company. The most appalling customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Do not use this company! The quality of items is very poor. Cheap material. They emailed me to ask if I was satisfied. I said the quality was very poor. They offered me 10% refund. I said I wanted a full refund as per stated on the website.
They emailed me back and said that they were conscious of waste and carbon use so offered 20 % refund. I again said I wanted a refund. They then sent me an address in china and said when I had delivered the items I would get a full refund. Obviously I was unable to return items to china. I had to settle for the £20 which did reach my bank account quickly.

Shocking! Poor quality, poor customer services, poor delivery. Avoid if possible!

Absolute rubbish
Rubbish clothing. I bought two dresses - poor quality and not true to size. Asked for a refund - as per their Ts & Cs - was offered instead to pay an extra £20 to be sent bigger sizes. I declined, requesting a refund.
Was told I needed to return items -TO CHINA- I did this (cost £26) over 4 weeks ago.
I’ve been unable to get any response, and update on my refund although I email them on a daily basis.
I’m appalled with everything about this so -called London based retail outlet.
Please do not spend your hard earned money on pitches from them

Still no response from the company only to try and sell me something else from their range but not a response regarding my original order. Don't deal with this company whatever you do

The website is misleading...they are not based in London but are a Chinese company producing extremely poor quality clothes. The order (costing £70) took nearly a month to arrive. The two blouses I ordered were folded a million times and crushed into a tiny little postage bag. The items are nothing like the picture, very poor quality and have gone straight into the charity bag as it was going to cost me £20 to post them back to China and I'm not even convinced I would even get a refund, so decided not to throw good money after bad and cut my losses.
I am cross with myself for falling for this. I did check the website before ordering, but it is extremely convincing... scam-like. Please do not fall for this!

Like others who have put a review - order arrived late, when it did arrive it was poor quality/doesn't fit and now I'm trying to return it but nobody is responding to my e-mails and I have no idea how to return the product!

The dress took a long time to arrive and was definitely not shipped from anywhere in the UK. I have emailed the company repeatedly to ask for the returns address as the dress does not fit me, but they have yet to respond. I will not be buying from Godaro again. Horrendous.

Do not buy from this company. They sent me 2 dresses. The quality was bad but the waist was so tiny they didn’t fit. When I asked for a refund they offered me 30% then when I said no wanted full refund I got offered final offer 40% I asked for an address to send them to and eventually after several emails got an address in China. I posted them back getting proof of postage and insurance with tracking which cost £19! When they arrived and were signed for I sent them photos of the proof. Emails suddenly stopped and not heard from them since. Now going through my bank to try and get my money back. Stay well clear.

Ordered 3 dresses took forever to arrive. When they did i dont think iv ever seen anything as poor a quaility ever. Iv sent multiple emails but shocker no response. PLEASE DONT order from this scam company.
