I have so far purchased quite a few vibrant pieces of jewellery from this company & to this day have never been disappointed. Exquisite craftmanship, stunning unique designs & excellent quality products that will last for lifetime. Each piece of jewellery has been intricately crafted with a perfect finish & are collectables to treasure . I would also like to add that this company have superb customer service. I had a problem with one of the pieces a few weeks after delivery & the company didn't hesitate to send me a replacement immediately at no extra cost. I applaud their outstanding customer service.

I originally had an issue with my purchase however, the customer service I received was fantastic a lady named Jenny was of great help and informed me of ways in which they could fix the issue I also received email updates as my order was being replaced. My replacement purchase is completely perfect and came within a week of sending it back.

Excellent quality and super fast delivery. Only downside the bracelet i ordered was a gift for my nieces 21st birthday and it was sterling silver but there was no slip or label in box stating that it was sterling silver.

I have now bought several items from Latelita and am impressed with the quality, the speed of delivery, and the attractive packaging. I have also been in contact with Customer Services, and they were excellent - very quick to respond and so helpful.

Good service and delivery, and a professional overall experience. Unfortunately, this was let down by the marketing approach.

Once they had my contact details, I was bombarded with marketing emails and SMS messages. It has been less than four weeks since I placed my order, and I’ve already received over 10 emails not to mention multiple SMS messages.

Marketing team, please review this approach. The volume and frequency defeat the purpose of promotion and come across as a nuisance.
