Absolutely shocking. Light took over a month to arrive, zero communication from the company. I requested to cancel the order before it had been shipped as I read the reviews, but to no surprise I had zero response on the matter.

As everyelse has said this is a Chinese company so BE WARNED.

The product finally arrived with terrible packaging, surprised the light survived the shipping process. The light itself is nowhere near of the quality shown in the images on the website. Good job I know what I'm doing in regards to installation as the instructions were for some kind of cooking equipment!!!

The positive reviews on here are clearly bots.

I purchased lights from this company. I was misled into thinking that I was buying from a firm in the UK or EU when in fact this is a Hong Kong based company with a UK entity to attract retail customers. The lights took over a month to arrive and were cheap looking/ poor quality. The company has continuously attempted to prevent me from getting a refund. Their returns policy breaches UK retail customers' statutory rights to return the item and get a refund. I requested a copy of their complaints procedure yet my request has been repeatedly ignored. I am being advised by the company to accept a 20% discount because it will be too much trouble for them to arrange collection and return to Hong Kong.

Light looks nothing like the image on their website. Purchased a supposedly glass light fitting (cost over £100) which is actually plastic. Took almost a month to arrive (it’s dispatched from China). Don’t believe the false reviews (they’re all from the USA and likely fake).

Extremely disappointing experience. Very poor quality light wall clock, looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Utter rubbish for £110. The company acknowledges poor quality of their products because at the point when I requested full refund, they first offered me 20%, then 50% discount off the original price just so I keep it. I didn’t. Then, they refunded only 90% of the original price. Not only I had to pay £8.25 tracked return postage as they requested, I didn’t even get 100% of what I paid for this rubbish clock.
To top that, delivery took a month, item dispatched from China, no information on delivery time at the point of order. Not worth a penny products, poor updates from company re delivery, so disappointing. Avoid.

Trust pilot needs to mark this vendor as Chinese drop ship garbage. Absolute terrible product that cost more for what i replaced it with from an in person store. The pendant lights I bought were non functional and poorly designed. After having failed to even do a fire sale on them, I threw them in the dumpster

I’ve emailed them several times now about my item, no reply also they make out they are based in your country of residence, they are based in china with no come backs . Going to contact PayPal next to see if I can get a refund

Absolutely terrible company, products are CHEAP, instructions are terrible, they can't even give the proper specs for their items.

At the moment I am still waiting for the delivery to arrive .
I found the item on Pinterest. It was exactly what I wanted, something with natural materials the website looked great . Lots of choice and the products look beautiful.
However i didn’t realise the item comes from China otherwise I would not have purchased it full stop. For many reason apart from the lengthy delivery.
I ordered it on Nov 5th & waited & waited .The tracking then said it boarded a flight on Nov 20th, so that’s very slow to start with, I have no idea how much longer it will take to arrive & or if the product will be upto its description . I hope so .
Unfortunately I won’t be recommending this company . Who wants to wait a month for delivery of anything these days ! Avoid

Ordered 2 lights online, Waited, waited, sent emails to see where my order was? No response. on looking at company policy, delivery & processing can take 20/25 working days. No mention of this when placing the order, nor the fact LASSOLA is based in China.

I ordered lights totalling £629 then looked at the review's, I panicked and cancelled the order and asked for a refund . However this company handled the refund perfectly and the full amount was back in my account in days . I can’t testify as to the quality of there products however from my experience I can definitely say they are trustworthy and honest to deal with .

WE BOUGHT ONE OUTSIDE LIGHT AND WERE EXPECTING TO BUY 5 MORE IF WE LIKE IT. tHE DELIVERY WAS VERY SLOW (ABOUT 3 WEEKS) AND WE FOUND A BETTER OPTION SO WANTED TO RETURN THE LIGHT. LAS SOLA SAY IT ACCEPTS RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS. THEY OFFERED A DEAL IN WHICH WE KEPT THE LIGHT AND WERE REFUNDED ONLY 20%OF THE PRICE OR WE PAY FOR THE POSTAGE TO SPAIN AND PAY A RESTOCKING CHARGE. HOW DIFFERENT FROM AMAZON! THE ISSUE IS UNRESOLVED. WE STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute joke, this website charges a fortune for cheap products…don’t believe what you see in the pictures. I bought a light that claimed it featured gold brass, it turned up and it was orange. The glass was really bad quality too.

Their return policy doesn’t cover for poor quality!! Even though I sent pictures that proved it looked nothing like it did in the pictures, they argued with me (also pretty shocking) that it did. They then took over 4 weeks to refund me, but took out 20% for restocking and didn’t give me my return postage which cost £12. Do not buy from Las Sola, they are cow boys!!!

Deceptive company. Purchased lighting that claimed it dimmed - small print was that it only dims with a remote and not a switch. Totally useless. Because of my remodel we passed the 30 day return policy - simply out of luck they said - swallow the 400 dollars. Oh ya, remote doesn’t work either.

I haven't ordered anything from this website and certainly won't be. The product reviews on the website appear to be written by AI, as well as some of the trust pilot reviews. I have already reviewed the first lassola website on trust pilot as I was concerned, and then noticed this other profile for the same company - this one has more reviews and is rated worse than the second profile, which could have been started after this one. Both trustb pilot profiles also appear to have falsified positive reviews written by AI.

The 3 pendant lights and one vanity light didn’t fit the light fixtures in my house. The electrician said they were European style and wouldn’t work.

To make matters worse, they said they would only give me a 40% refund with a 10% restocking fee on top of that.

Would certainly not recommend this company. Wasted money and a lot of time emailing back and forth. I hope they go bankrupt.

Avoid this seller at all costs. I purchased two solar lights for my Landscape. I was very excited to get them and wanted to love them. They arrived a month later but they don’t work. Nowhere in the description stated that they use a remote control for operation. Well, the remotes didn’t work. The product is sooo cheap. Even for a $200 light fixture, the materials and components of the entire thing looks like it’s with $20. However, they just don’t work. Can’t operate them. As others, I have exchanged emails with them where they keep asking for videos and photos. I have complied with everything they asked for and they keep giving the run around and don’t commit to the exchange / return. Keep blaming me for wrong assembly when there is NO assembly

Avoid at all costs
Our order arrived weeks after ordering with no reply to emails, explanation or communication. When it did finally arrive it didn’t work. I emailed to arrange a return to which I received a reply email asking us to wire the clock/light in and take a video of it not working. When I said I would if they would cover the cost of an electrician they then asked for a photo of the wiring which I sent over. I then got an email saying that they can confirm there isn’t a problem with the wiring ( they can tell this by the picture seemingly ) they then requested that we open the terminals and check for loose wiring, once we done that they then wanted us to wire it up and take a video. I obviously point blank refused this ludicrous request. I am now on email number 7 and they now want to send me a driver so I can install it myself and see if it that works. Not a chance.i now feel they are ridiculing me with the replies. I have stated time and time again that I am within my rights to reject/return an item that is broken/ unfit for purpose within 30 days. but this has been ignored each time.
Save yourself a whole lot of stress and AVOID this SCAM website that is clearly not UK based.

Ordered a floor lamp. It arrived without a base, so it cannot be set up. One of the globes was broken during shipping. I have emailed, texted and requested help through their chat box. No response. They claim responses will come within 2 business days but I have yet to hear from them.
