BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a light fixture from this company not realizing it would take over a month for them to ship. Ultimately, I never received the fixture. When I contacted customer support they sent me to FedEx to inquire. When I contacted FedEx, they stated I had to contact the company directly since they chose the carrier and the company would have to investigate and file a complaint with them. I contacted LasSola and around we went. End of story, I never received the item, paid full price LasSola has not offered to refund or replace the item. I will never order from this company again.

Ik dacht dat ik op een NL webshop zat, maar is helaas een dropshipper. Je koopt dezelfde lampen voor een tiende van de prijs op Aliexpress. Gelukkig wel contact kunnen opnemen en order kunnen annuleren. Het bedrag staat na een paar dagen terug op de rekening. Jammer, wees gewaarschuwd.

Did not realise that product was not in UK so shipping took at least 2-3 weeks
Once received- Quality of light was poor. Very flimsy.
Three Colour Change Controlled By Switch is Useless, unless you want to have the bright white light.

Firstly this is NOT a UK company and should come with a "buyer beware" label. The items dispatched are of poor quality and definitely not worth the price they are charging. For returns, they deduct 10% "restocking fee" and ask you to send the item to UK residential property. They then try to get out of refunding you anything by saying they can't find the item (until of course you provide the proof of delivery). Definitely would recommend you steer clear of this company.

Do not purchase from this company. They are a complete scam. I purchased two lights for over $300, the products that came are plastic, terrible quality, and these fools are terrible at responding and when they do this is all they offer: “Customers are required to pay return postage and a 10% restocking fee for returns that are not due to product quality issues. (A quality issue is defined as a damaged or malfunctioning fixture).

Would it be acceptable to you if we offered a 20% refund to allow you to continue using the original product?”

Avoid this company and the headache that they are.

Don’t buy from this company! I had no idea I was buying a product from China. The quality is appalling and you don’t see that in the pictures. My lamp had a remote all written in Chinese. They offered me 50% off (which gives you an idea of how overpriced their products are) to keep the lamp and I had to insist to return it. You have to pay the delivery cost to return it. This can be significant because the package can be heavy or non standard length. On top of it you have to pay a 10% “relisting fee”. Please, stay away from them.

This company are thieves! They provide false information on their website over the quality of product and they also refuse to refund customers! Appalling. Be aware that the 5 star reviews are also fake!!!!!

The worst quality light I have put in the house!!! It flickers non stop and we have had our electrician try everything to resolve it… we will now take it out. From China and obviously of inferior quality!! Stay well clear of this company and try purchase in UK!

As with the legitimate reviews below and not all the clearly fake ones this company is very misleading. I had no idea I was ordering from China, and although I did receive my order eventually the price does not match the quality of product and the photos of the product online are very misleading and do not represent the actual size of the product at all. All very underhand and unethical. Try to leave a review on their website and unless it’s 5 stars you can’t! Returns and refunds policy is also a joke. Avoid at all costs!

Don’t order from this company!
We spent lots of money on lights for them to be delivered and be nothing like what we were expecting.
Emailed the company straight away and was going to lump the postage costs (back to China! Along with the 10% refund charge!)
They’ve never even acknowledged us!
I have chased them a few times now and completely being ignored

We ordered the Olivia chandelier which looks beautiful on line. The product we received (and we confirmed that it was the Olivia with the company) looks like if the one pictured had been through a hurricane and lost 2/3 of its petals. The companies only reply was...we have changed the product, that's what it is...

The company is not uk based. They allude to it being a uk company but it isn’t. It’s Chinese.

You will get an item delivered but that’s it.
The item is plastic and low quality. My product was a ceiling lamp. It was damaged in transit is such poor quality and there is no customer service. The WhatsApp contact is a +85 number. You can’t talk to anyone and the email address is not managed.

It’s a fraudulent company.

I would caution anyone buying from this company like I did. The lights are actually shopped from China. I bought a Marilyn wonder ceiling light apparently for £360 half price. It took a month to arrive and is a plastic piece of tat. The customer services do not respond to emails asking for a refund… and the reviews are clearly fraudulent- AVOID! Buy something branded

If less than one star was an option I would have selected. Ordered x2 expensive lights an 10th December and paid for no quibble delivery and despite a confirmation email of despatch nothing since and no communication whatsoever? Feels like a hoax company. I am over £300 down with no product and no update. Avoid. Shop local!!

A massive disappointment. We ordered some beautiful looking lights. As others have said the shipping took an age. I could cope with that. What I was very disappointed with was the quality of what was delivered. We ordered two lights. One out builder took to pieces and rebuilt as it had been built wrong and wouldn't attach to a ceiling. The other just looked awful. I'm about to register a complaint. I'll update here based on how that goes

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IGNORE GOOD REVIEWS AS THEY ARE FAKE. Did not realise that this company is in China. Lights are low quality and took over 3 weeks to arrive. Not worth the money I spent on them at all. No idea how to get a refund on them.

Very please with our 2.5m x 1m stairwell light. Arrived in three separate boxes. Tracking and communication was excellent.

Avoid this company.
Still waiting for my light to arrive, no contact from seller, tracking doesn't work. The positive reviews on trust pilot are clearly fake as they are just quoting what the description of the item is on their website. Trust pilot needs to get their act together and vet these reviews or customers will lose faith in them.
