I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered an 8-light floor lamp, but after a long wait, they sent me a 6-light version instead.

I contacted them five times by email and submitted a support ticket, but got no reply at all. Completely unresponsive and irresponsible seller. Terrible customer service.

Wish I had read reviews before i ordered. They claim item was delivered which it wasn’t. Then we chased where the item was they told us to wait another 7 days as item was from China. Item never arrived and now we can’t claim from their insurance company. PayPal also no help as they took their side. No proof of delivery provided by the seller. Avoid at all costs.

The orr curved outdoor up/down light looks goo. Poor quality fixings, so had to use my own screws and replaced alen key grub screws with proper screws also my own. One lamp did not have the earth wire connected. Wires were extremely thin. Generally Overpriced ,for the typical chinese quality. Won't be buying anything else from Las sola. Reviews on their site appear "canned" to me. Similar pigeon English reviews come across to me as extremely suspect!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and despite numerous emails no sign of the item.
Coming from china , don’t be fooled by the website being las sola UK

It doesn't even warrant one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LIGHTZEY. I didn't receive a confirmation of my order and although it did arrive, it is very poor quality. They charge you to return it AND A 10% DISCOUNT on your refund for restocking. I never do negative reviews but felt I must stop people from using these online stores. I am disputing it with my bank and putting reviews anywhere that I can. Funnily enough, you can't review them on their website!

Do not buy from them! Low quality cheaply made terrible customer service. Tried to send light back ups wanted $180 . After 19 messages back and forth we got tired of arguing. We paid $280 for a light that didn't work. Tired of their excuses settled for 50% back. Very dissatisfied.

cheap lights that cost a lot, even the bulb supplied was an unbranded cheap one. could have got the same from dunelm i think for a lot less.
only bonus was they are so thin that they are easy to hang.
also fitting the diffuser you end up bending the lip of the shade its so thin

Product didn't work and they are refusing to process a return. This website is a scam.

This company products are extremely low quality and they do not survice their own shipment. 4 out of 6 light fixtures arrived broken and the UL certificates are not valid for US installation. This is the worst mistake in my construction process

Do not buy from this company. Cheap products, take ages to arrive. Missing parts and lots broken in transit

Customer services are not interested

I ordered a lighting fixture that never worked, followed every return instruction, and still can’t get a refund. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the defect or start the return process.

This site is a scam. They ship broken products, hide behind fine-print return policies, and refuse accountability. Don’t make the same mistake I did—avoid this company at all costs. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. They don’t deserve your business, and they certainly don’t deserve your trust.

Plastic article that arrived directly from China... We are looking to see how we can give it back and claim the money, it's a total scam

I bought a swan light months ago and the light unbeknown to me was shipped from China. I have sent videos/Photos and have been in dailogue with Lasola and to this date the light does not work and I am left with a light that looks good but doesn't work.

No customer service at all. Silent. Ordered crystal got scratched glass;
Wrote a review on Facebook got blocked.

Not good quality and cheaply made, but doesn't look too bad once they are up. Described as dimmable lights, but the driver doesn't work off my dimmer switch, only a remote control. Various issues with faulty items, but customer service was good as resolving these. Company not British and operates from HK, despite name.

The light fitting cost £270 it arrived looking nothing like the images on the website. It has no safety markings or certification, the wiring on the light fitting itself isn’t complete. I’ve had a professional electrician look at it and I’ve been advised not to use it. The reviews on their website must be fake. After seeing this on trust pilot I feel like we have been scammed. I looked back on their website and it’s now clear some of the images look to be screenshots from another site? I feel like a complete fool and will be asking my bank for the money back.

We’ve ordered a lamp for our kids bedroom for over 200 Euros. The delivered lamp is a different model than we ordered. The model they delivered does not fit in the space. Customer service does not respond at all. Such a waste of money and time.

I called their number in HK and emailed multiple times to try get a resolution for pendant lights that don’t work as described. No response. I would avoid this company.

Stay away from this company their are proper scam!!!!!

LAS SOLA IS TERRIBLE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSE TO NON EXISTANT.

THEY SHIPPED 2 FAULTY LIGHTS.
WE COMPLAINED.
THEY SENT SPARE PARTS AFTER FEW MONTHS.
THE SPARE PARTS DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
WE ASKED FOR A REFUND.
THEY REFUSED.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY BACK!
