I love the product! Very affordable. I wasn't a fan of being charged for expedited shipping without being given the choice. The product also took much longer than expedited shipping calls for but after I reached out to customer service they did kindly refund my shipping fee without issue

UPDATE: After multiple follow-ups and providing documentation/screenshots, the company ultimately processed a refund for the disputed charge.
The process was frustrating and involved several conflicting explanations along the way, but I do appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved.

I had a very frustrating experience with Lash Cosmetics regarding duplicate/confusing charges and customer service handling.
I was charged twice for mascara orders placed under two different email addresses on the same day. Throughout the process, I received multiple conflicting explanations from customer support regarding the additional charge, including:
* that it was not associated with their company,
* that it was related to VIP,
* and later that it was a separate second order.
When I explained that I had only received one package/item, I repeatedly requested clarification or proof of delivery for the alleged second order, but ultimately stopped receiving responses.
I remained polite and tried for months to resolve this directly through customer support, providing screenshots and full documentation, but the matter remains unresolved.
I would strongly encourage customers to carefully review charges and order confirmations when purchasing.

Mascara is lovely
Mascara is lovely. I didn't click on the non subscription, so I was charged for 2 months, I contacted their customer service who sorted a refund for me. I can't recommend this company highly enough, quick, efficient and courteous in their responses.
Ps: not sorting the subscription was totally my fault so, huge thanks go to Sadie who was so lovely and helpful in sorting this matter out and getting a refund for me.

I placed an order but did not receive the product for almost three months. I gave 2 stars because they did at least email me back and explain that it was international and somehow lost but they'd send another package. I finally got my two tubes of mascara and, honestly, the product is s#@t to me. I definitely did not have the results other woman seemed to have. I don't use it, at all. The other tube is still in the box. Not worth it in my eyes. Or on my eyes haha 😂

Best customer service ever. There was an issue with the shipping charge and Ellie was very nice and fixed it immediately and communicated the entire time very well. I love this and certainly makes things easier to deal with. Bonus is it’s a great product too! I highly recommend this company.

I was missing my items that I had ordered I was worried about it couldn't find anything about the tracking numbers or when it's going to be delivered and I contacted support they were the most helpful people I've ever talked to in my life they were right on the spot they looked it up they got back with me the email to me and they told me exactly what I needed to know what I was looking for and I am very very grateful I didn't have to wait long for any kind of response for them they were really on the job and I really respect what they did they really helped me a whole lot and I am very grateful

Horrible. The mascara itself is fine but they were crooks from the beginning. First they charged me extra money for expedited shipping when I didn’t ask for it. They quickly refunded my money. Then they set me up for some bogus VIP status-once again didn’t ask for and the next three month took $31 out of my account. I finally caught on (ok that’s on me for not paying addition) then I had to fight them to refund my money. I was on hold forever and had an appt so I had to go but only was able to negotiate half of the money the swindled me out of. I did get back money but not all of it. Pure crooks and they know they are deceiving people. Don’t get involved. Buy your mascara from CVS, Target even Temu. Just as good.

I don’t usually write reviews before receiving a product, but this experience felt worth sharing. The customer service alone has already made a lasting impression on me.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely personable. I never felt rushed or like just another order—they took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is rare.
Even though I haven’t received my product yet, I already know I’ll be ordering from them again—and that’s entirely because of how I was treated. It’s clear they truly value their customers, and that means a lot.
Highly recommend based on customer service alone.
