I ordered a mascara that got lost in shipping so I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised when Monica the customer support specialist returned my email, looked into my shipping and confirmed they're was no movement in over 2 weeks so quickly sent me a replacement at no charge. Quick reply within a day and resolution! Couldn't be happier thanks so much Vibely LASH I love your product!!!

Do Not Buy! Do not click on anything!
So i was having a look at this mascara...next minute I paid $80 nzd over three seperate USD charges. After several emails I got 1/3 back and then the product arrived. It has methyl and propyl parabens. These are not found in mascara being sold in NZ. They are toxic and known endocrine disruptors. The mascara also irritated my eyes and I had to take it off. Im not normally sensitive to makeup. I do not recommend lash cosmetics at all!

This is an extremely FRAUDULENT "company" do not engage with their ads!
Their ads with reveiws was fake, saying everyone loved it, ordered two, etc.
After clicking the instagram ad on 4/12/2026, it drew me to a website offering lash cosmetics lengthening mascara- a tube for "9.99" x 1.
They IMMEDIATELY charged my bank "9.62," and THEN "47.99!" I couldn't believe it. This is why I use PAYPAL. I immediately reached out to the company saying "Why did you charge me a $47.99 reoccurring charge AND the $9.99 for the tube of mascara?"
They claimed it was their right because I signed up for it- cagey and weird. I said I absolutely did not and I can prove it!
They refused to answer.
I escalated to paypal. Paypal had to foot the bill.
THEN, I reached out of the course of a few months because they never sent tracking for the mascara tube! IT NEVER CAME!
i'm sure they're banking on people going "eh it's not worth the $9.99 whatever." but not everyone can afford to mess around with money so I reached back out over and over and recevied the most gaslighting and strange answers, ZERO apology or resolution! I escalated to resolution CTR in paypal and got an IMMEDIATE refund.

The customer service was exceptional, I had made a huge mistake by ordering too many mascaras, and they refunded me the amount I was due. Extremely happy! 😊😊😊😊

Well I have to say I was skeptical at first. I decided to submit my order. Some time went by and I still hadn't received the order. I sent them an email to find out what happened. Long story short, they responded very quickly and identified the error. They immediately resent my order and this time I received it quickly and I am happy to say I am very impressed with how they handle the situation and made it right and I am very happy to also say the product works for me exactly how they say it works! It was worth the wait!!!!

I originally ordered 2 mascaras. Checkout procedure is very unclear and I was not aware that my two mascaras turned into nearly $200 AUD of unauthorised deductions on my PayPal account. I sent an email within 2 minutes of placing my order to cancel it and have now had multiple emails back and forth advising they can offer a discount. In my last email I requested a full refund for all transactions and have not had a response when usually they are quick to respond. I am very disappointed in myself and this company as it was quite misleading in the payment screen. At no point are you advised of the total.

Update. Thank you to Lash cosmetics for the full refund of the subscription. IT was a shame that it took a stream of emails, several online reviews and a PayPal dispute.,..........

I was unknowingly signed up to a monthly VIP subscription, that does not deliver any items. the subscription costs more than the products that I initially ordered. The mascara is ok, I've had better. I see the mascara is now available in major Australian retail stores. Out of principle I would not support a company with deceptive business tactics.

I emailed company and Sadie answered quickly.
She immediately offered to refund the charge which was much appreciated!

Absolutely fabulous product. Customer support was brilliant too.

Unauthorised amounts taken from my account for items I didn’t order lots of emails sent to cancel order still waiting for refund, do NOT trust this company you can buy the mascara from stores in Australia shows AU$ and charges US$ think before engaging with them

SCAMMED!
I was scammed into buying more product and expedited shipping. Customer service was nice only until I asked for a much deserved refund.
I only wanted a single set of mascara and checkout showed I was only paying 25 dollars for the product but I was charged for four separate items the original mascara I wanted and three additional charges I did not want and was not aware of, expedited shipping, and two extra sets of mascara over $40 each. When I reached out to costumer service about a refund they responded to me a few times with deals and discounts but I was ignored when I demanded a full refund for the products I never wanted and was scammed and tricked into buying.

Scammed!! Ordered 1, charged me for more, plus liners, plus expedited shipping and regular shipping. Everything offered, I declined all except for 1 mascara. I was charged over $143.00 and told it couldn't be refunded!!
Do not order from this place, they will charge you for everything!

Ordered just one mascara, but they sent 2 and charged for 2.... When I emailed to complain I didn't want 2 I was only refunded HALF of the cost of the second item!! So I'm paying half of something I don't want!!!
I feel totally scammed! It's only about £5.99 BUT it's the principle not the money!!! .... But for £5.99 they've been left this dreadful review!! And I wish I had read all this BEFORE ordering!!!! 🙄

They were easy to work with and resolve my problem quickly

Had an unfortunate issue with a subscription. Thankfully it has finally been resolved with the money refunded. Very grateful for the company's cooperation and help in refunding my money. Means a lot to have a positive outcome. By the way the mascara is great.

Regarding company response - again you have ignored the issue that I was charged for items I did not order. And why I should pay shipping to return these items. And no comment to the fact that the selling point of your mascara- the dual brush - is a lie. If you were truly sorry about my experience you would simply refund my money - the money you took without authorization.

ordered 1 mascara for $9.99.
I was then charged for a 3pack of mascara (42 USD) and a 3 pack of eyeliner (44 USD) which i neither ordered nor authorised payment for.
The expedited shipping cost, which i also didn't authorise, was refunded. However, I'm expected to pay shipping to return the other items if I want a refund.
Haven't actually used the mascara, but the "dual brush" is not a dual brush. Definitely a scamming company.
