I purchased an item from Lascana which was too big. They are charging 6.95 to return the item for generating a label. I did the leg work to return it. This is the only company I have ever purchased from who charge the customer to return an item. I no longer wish to receive their catalog or emails.

I recently ordered a robe from this company after seeing an ad, and I am OBSESSED! I had never heard of this brand before, but the quality and design is exactly what I was looking for. I also love their dresses and definitely think I could find the perfect one for a wedding from them

The shipping was fast, only 3 days. The stuff i got was very cute and just what i wanted for my trip. I returned one thing since I bought a couple sizes and it was pretty easy process - i just dropped it off in person near my house. I would recommend

I used to love this company, but their quality has declined and they charged me TWO return fees the last time I purchased from the. $6.95 and $4.95. One for shipping, one for returning. I will NEVER buy from them again. Ridiculous.

I would give this company 0 stars but I know that a 2 star rating gets more credible notice. This is the worst company for service. Their website says product ships is 2-3 days and I asked for 2 day delivery. It has now been 21 days and my order is nowhere to be seen. I’ve spoken with their customer service department and gotten 4 different stories and 4 different promises that my order would ship next day. There are many companies out there to order from that provide excellent service. Don’t waste your time with this one.

$12 charge for my return and they couldn't give me a few extra days to return/exchange my Christmas order. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I've been buying from Lascana for a couple years now and I find their service, quality, selection and prices all very good. If I need to make a return it is easy and quick.

I shopped with them for quite a while and I always love the clothes. I get compliments on their dresses all the time. When you get their emails, you can always make a good deal. Will definitely buy again.

Leider ist der Kundenservice sehr unfreundlich und nicht kooperativ. Nach 6 Monaten fällt der Rechnungsabteilung auf, dass eine Rückzahlung doppelt wäre und das Geld wird sehr unfreundlich und mit Androhung eines sofortigen Mahnverfahrens zurückgefordert. Nur auf mehrmaligem Drängen meinerseits erfahre ich überhaupt, um welchen Artikel es da gehen soll. Unmöglich! Keine Weiterempfehlung!

I have bought quite a few things, in every category. The problem, it was OK when I first ordered a couple years ago. But the quality has not changed at all. The quality is average, but their prices have gone up. What used to cost 30 now cost 50.
It’s a shame because the quality is not that good.

Returns are ridiculous. I spent $100. Returned 1 top, very cheap looking & colors way off in person. So their “happy returns “ for a $26. Item they deduct $6.95 return fee, then another $4.95 because I originally got free shipping so now they’re punishing me and taking that away! My refund is $15.00!!! Rip off company

Waardeloos rotbedrijf. Je koop wat, mag niet vooraf betaald worden en als je geen brief krijgt dat je een betalingsachterstand hebt, gooien ze er 5,57 bovenop. Dat mag helemaal niet, want dat hoort onder incassokosten. Dat je aangeeft geen brief hebt ontvangen hebben ze maling aan.

Mijn advies: NIET MEER KOPEN BIJ DIT BELACHELIJKE BEDRIJF.

Can we not see this is a scam website? Many bathing suits are copied pictures from the brand Venus. Ridiculous that we can’t trust ordering online anymore

Leider verliert der Lascana Bügelbikini (beide Teile) in der Farbe fuchsia seine Farbe, diese färbt das Innenfutter rosa und die Schlieren gehen nicht mehr raus. Schade. Ich habe den gleichen Bikini (Set) in blau, dort gehts nichts aus.
So etwas darf nicht passieren.

Took way too long to receive the merchandise and cost me over 11.00 to return it. Their return policy stinks and only give you credit. I will not order from them again.

The dress I received was 4 inches longer in the front. It was not a flattering fit. In order to return the dress, I was charged back for the "free shipping" I received when I placed my order, and was charged a promotional fee...in total, it was nearly $11 more. In addition, I would need to pay additionally to ship it back. In order to avoid additional shipping charges to send it back, I have to drive to a special return store....This extra return cost was not made clear at the time of purchase, so buyer beware!! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the item arrived fairly quickly.

Haven’t been able to buy anything because the sizes are always gone. Mostly on bras always the very small sizes left. Either the cup you want isn’t available in the band you want or vice versa. They keep advertising the same product but don’t replenish the sizes.

I have a lot of your clothes and I like them but can’t you incorporate more colors? Everything is muted and I really like jewel colors like emerald green, blue red, saphfire etc. the colors all your clothes are in other than black are not good for my skin tone so I’m pulling back on ordering. There are so many great colors in the winter palate but your company tends to favor spring and fall

I placed an order via phone with an agent to confirm it would be available for Saturday delivery. Paid significantly extra for the service. Then on the day the package was due to arrive I had to contact them to find out it would not be delivered due to a “surge in orders.” I’m going away on vacation. Now I have to arrange for someone to pick up the box and go through the hassle of a return process. AND, I have to run around now and try to find some replacement items. Way to make your customers fix YOUR mistake, LaScana. Obviously you think we’re all on your payroll.
