The customer is an inconvenience
Looked like a good website to order exactly what I wanted.
I ordered £780 of cabinets and doors on a Sunday. Monday morning I asked to change a door. No, can't change now the order is in process (despite 5week lead time). So I asked to add a new item for the same delivery. No, can't make any change, you need to pay new shipping costs.
So, delivery of units a week later than estimated, so that's 6 weeks.
2 doors had holes drilled upside down.
No apology but eventually promised £30 refund with 5-10wd. 10wd later I chased for the refund, then they sent the request to accounts.
The customer appears to be an inconvenience for this company.

Upon reviewing your order, we noted that you initially placed it on Thursday and contacted us on Saturday to make amendments. Unfortunately, by that time, your doors were already in production, and we were unable to make any changes or additions to your order due to the 48-hour lead time required for manufacturing.
We sincerely apologise for the incorrect drilling of your doors, as this does not reflect our standard practices. We want to assure you that we take quality control seriously, and we have taken steps to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
When we became aware of the drilling issue, we offered to rectify the problem by replacing the doors for you. However, you kindly informed us that you would handle the correction on-site and requested compensation instead, which we promptly arranged for you.
We value your business and regret any dissatisfaction caused by these circumstances. We strive to provide excellent customer service and take pride in our products. We sincerely hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future for any upcoming projects. We are confident that we can demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction.

New wardrobe doors
New wardrobe doors delivered exactly as ordered and finished to a great quality. Delivered within the timeframe quoted at ordering. The new hinges I ordered to accompany the doors were if a higher quality than the ones on the old doors with soft close mechanisms and once fitted were easy to unclip to remove the doors for decorating the door frames. Very happy with the whole order

Inaccurate diagrams of their cabinets on their…
The diagrams of their cabinets on their website do not match their supplied products. This meant that a corner unit I ordered for existing doors did not fit because it has a curved closing edge. Their solution was 'you didn't buy our doors' which would likely have not matched the shade of all of the other doors. I asked where their posts were to rectify the square versus curved closure and they don't have any. I had to retrofit and model a post from another cabinet to make their cabinet usable. If they only want customers to buy cabinets and doors then they need to clearly state this on their website and improve their diagrams to the actual shape and profiles. Do not suggest you offer replacement cabinets, I was asked why I hadn't ordered doors and I explained I have existing ones at that point would have been useful to let me know that their doors fit their cabinets and they are not universal.
