Pathetic service and deeply disappointing customer support

I purchased the Laresar L6 Nex robot vacuum in 2023 following a recommendation from a friend. For a time, the product performed satisfactorily; however, it has recently developed a serious fault and is no longer able to empty dust into the docking station.

I reported the issue to customer service and was instructed to carry out several troubleshooting steps, including providing photographs and videos to check for blockages. I complied fully and supplied all requested evidence. After reviewing this, I was informed that the dust collection base likely requires replacement, and I therefore provided my order number as requested.

I was then told that the product is out of warranty and, astonishingly, that the dust collection base is not sold as a replacement part. This leaves me with a device that is effectively unusable after just two years of normal use, with no repair or replacement option available.

Am I genuinely expected to discard an expensive appliance simply because the manufacturer does not support its own product beyond a short warranty period? This reflects extremely poor after-sales support and raises serious concerns about product durability and customer care.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing Laresar products. Save yourself the frustration and expense of owning a device that cannot be repaired and is abandoned by its manufacturer once the warranty expires.

Saves us about 12 hours cleaning per month

One of the best items we've purchased. Saves about 12 hours hoovering a month, just using it twice per day on each floor. Bought it about a month ago. Only time really taken is to remove hair from the roller, otherwise great.

Mediocre product; HORRIBLE customer service

I purchased a Laresar vacuum / mopping robot a little over a year ago. It was a fairly expensive item, but vacuumed fairly well, and did a mediocre mopping job. It stopped working recently. I attempted all available troubleshooting steps before contacting the company on July 12. Customer support was RIDICULOUS. They repeatedly asked the same questions and suggested the same troubleshooting steps. After 8 emails back and forth, I was informed that the issue was with the device and the company requested my address so they could send a new unit. I provided the requested information. I received an email stating that a new unit had been shipped and would arrive in 10-15 business days. After 20 business days, I contacted them again to request a tracking number. I have received the same reply several times essentially stating that they were trying to procure parts. Parts for an order that was reportedly shipped on August 7???? We are now approaching 3 months from my original email. I have wasted $60 on a replacement battery, a lot of time on pointless and redundant communication, and have exchanged 31 emails all to no avail. This company does not stand behind their product, lies to its customers, and apparently strings them along with promises of a replacement that they have no intention of providing. When you ask for a tracking number or a supervisor, the reply by copying exactly a prior reply. Frustrating and fruitless. There are better products available. I would not recommend.

Warranty Evaders

Going with a "big company", and a 2-year warranty, I felt covered when I purchased my vacuum cleaner off Laresar last year. Just over a year it's stopped! And despite repeat emails, and messages on their site, they've been ignoring me.

Should have bought local.

AVOID!!

Absolutely avoid all their products, vaccum dies at 75% which is a manufacturing issue, they then promised that they sent out a new battery after sending them proof, waiting 2 weeks and no product i emailed them again, and they saidnit was lost in transit and another was sent out, waiting another 2 weeks and no product i emailed them again for them to then tell me nothing is going to be sent to me because im out of warranty all of a sudden, now they refuse to even answer my emails. So they provide false promises and then track back on their word.

Robot won’t empty. Customer service gives you the runaround til you give up

Robot won’t empty. Sounds like a jet engine and battery won’t last 20 minutes and customer service will not help at all. I didn’t even have it a year before it stopped emptying. I put up with the noise and battery issue but the won’t empty issue was the final straw.

Laresar customer service had me make videos over and over to prove the problem then said I had too much pet hair when it’s advertised as being for pet hair. Mind you it wouldn’t have any pet hair if it emptied. Tried to get help via extended warranty through Amazon but they are saying I’m still covered under the manufacture warranty and it’s been over a year! How long is this warranty? How is this legal? I’m manually emptying a vac I paid hundreds of dollars for when I could have just stayed with the $20 manual emptying one that this replaced that lasted longer.

Très mauvaise expérience n'achetez pas leurs produits pourrit après 1ans d'acheter la batterie tombe en panne le logiciel bug avec des carte décaler le robot on le retrouve d'échanger dans n'importe quel pièces après utilisation , il consomme de l'énergie pour rien donc je l'ai mis a la poubelle ,j'ai payer 400 euro pour rien , le service client grosse arnaque ,ils demandent au client de publier de bons avis pour se faire connaître , attention !!!

Worst robotic hover ever don’t waste your money

The l6 pro robotics hover is totally rubbish it gets stuck everywhere it seems it doesn’t understand how it should work. The support is nonexistent they said put it on a different carpet which doesn’t help when I asked why it keeps trying to push past the sofa they didn’t even reply
I wish I had looked here first I definitely wouldn’t have bought it

Ignoring me

Initially, their service was reliable. When I first encountered issues, they quickly replaced the items.

However, I haven't heard from them since July 2024 regarding the replacement button I need to purchase. I have attempted to contact them through their website as well as through previous email threads where they had responded before, but I have not received any replies.

Therefore I am about to throw out the vacuum and purchase a new one from a more reliable company!

Avoid

Avoid, they told me to buy a new battery. 2 years warranty, battery died 6 months after purchase They don't reply on emails, ignore warranty rules etc .. NOT RECOMMENDED purchase on Amazon for 400£

I bought a Laresar L6pro from Amazon

I bought a Laresar L6pro from Amazon, Ya store. Had a recent update to the software, which messed up my app configuration. Recently did a factory reset and deregistered my L6 pro on the Laresmart app. Since then, the unit doesnt connect to the App, regardless of how much I tried to connect it to my network. Worse still the unit, randomly starts its cleaning cycle. Email Laresar warranty unit, the technician keeps on asking me to try to connect to a network. I asked if i could send the unit over for somebody to have a look.. didn’t receive a proper response since… Dissapointed in the unit and the warranty, if you are in Australia, note there is very limited support for warranty.

Beware. Disappointing company

the vacuum robot has done a good work until it broken after a year, support do not reply at all, reviews are blocked, I highly recommend to avoid.

Update: 11am 11th Dec 2024
The support contacted me after a week. They said the main unit is broken and promised to send a replacement. No luck so far, after 2 months, they apologised for delays several times, but never provided a tracking number, even if I asked multiple times for it. Cannot be trusted, a time wasters so far.

Robot stopped working after a couple hours I published an edit above, coincident? I don’t think so.
