We placed an order back in September and when a month when by, we started calling Consutronix asking when our order would ship. It took about 2 weeks for them to answer the phone. On October 7th, they said our order would ship next week. We called on October 18th asking for a tracking number, but they told us that the product wasn't even at their warehouse. We called again on October 20th and they said that they would have to check with their manufacturer in Canada to find out when it will ship from their warehouse to Consutronix warehouse. We canceled the order.
After we canceled, we had over $281 in fraudulent charges from that credit card. I have seen some reviews that have had that happen to them as well. I can't confirm that this company stole our credit card, but I have my assumptions. Especially when I have read more than one review on this.

SCAM! Placed a $1000+ order, and they did not ship $800+ worth of it, and they've been ignoring my emails and their phone number is a recording telling you to email them and they'll "get back to you within 24 hours". It's been a month of repeated attempts to contact them, and they have not responded.

Ordered item and was never contacted to be told that it was in fact not in stock. When I noticed that nothing was being done regarding the order it is seemingly impossible to cancel the current order without disputing the charge with your card company.

They NEVER answer their listed phones nor do they respond to messages left on voice mail.

They have yet to reply to a single email I have sent regarding the order for some time now.

Avoid this company at all cost unless they are the only people on the planet who have the component you need and you have no expectation of getting it.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Lousy and horrible service is to be expected. There degrading conversational skills have a lot to be desired also. Google them and discover the truth. You deserve better.

Placed a large order for something that showed in stock. I emailed every address on their site and got no response. Since I had been charged already for the order, I called after a week and asked what the deal was. The guy told me he doesn't actually have them in stock and to wait until the end of the month. Another couple weeks pass and I hear nothing. Call again and the same guy tells me he still doesn't have stock and it may be months before he does. He said he would refund my order and did not. After another week I had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my money back.

Horrible shopping experience
I placed an order with consutronix.com for about $1800. They took the money and never heard from them again. After about a month of unanswered emails I had to dispute the charge with paypal to get my money back.
