Sent me faulty item so send back for refund with tracking number and keep telling me he hasn’t received anything but tracking showed that is been delivered .Just reading reviews from other people and looks like he done many people same way as me.Reported to PayPal so waiting for response.

Scammers ! They send wrong part and never answer at email or phone.

Sent item back over a month ago sent seller emails with proof of delivery several emails and for refund and he doesn’t refund.

Stay well away from this company. Francis is a very rude ignorant vile pensioner! Item didn’t work and agreed to refund but he kept messing me about with refund dates etc. Phone call and messages were exchanged, started calling me the f and the c word and even threats! This OAP must be struggling with business to keep my money and not refunding. Had to claim from PayPal to get my money back. Full conversation and massages will be uploaded soon on YouTube to warn people about his attitude and company. Like others have written on here is just another scammer.

Francis dealt with my query on a Sunday, he didn't have to pick up the phone but did. I purchased many months ago but hadn't got round to installing it. Works perfectly, easy to fit and follow instructions, what's app with programming details really helpful and set up is really easy. I know plenty of people who have used Smelecom without any issue, i was referred by a friend. I would ignore all the recent bad reviews as they just dont sound anything like the experience I have had.

Do not buy from this scamer.
I bought the blocker on 22 October 2025. The scamer added a false royal mail tracking number, but it doesn't exist.I had to open PayPal item not received.
Case close 10 November with refund.

This is a scam. I ordered a product that turned out to be defective, so I returned it. The seller received the package but is pretending it never arrived and refuses to issue a refund. A typical scammer – stay away!

Francis is a 65+ OAP, Has no clue about cars or what he is selling, Will say anything to get a sale, Asks for bank transfer, No card payments, Purchases not protected

Acts like a hooligan, Company registered to a virtual address so not traceable until you take him to court, So many things wrong with this guy and his products are cheap hence shite, Stay away and buy elsewhere, Unless your happy to be taken for a ride after family/friends payment

scammers, i placed an order to Lithuania and it never arrived it has been a month and now i see that the item was accepted and taken in london!!??????????

Bought a 2024 BMW mileage blocker from Smelecom, I was told they were untraceable by them on Whatsapp. i have taken it to the dealer and now the dealer is telling me the ABS ECU still show the correct mileage and my car has been added to a register that when someone HPI checks the car a marker is shown for mileage discrepancy. My finance company has also cancelled my finance agreement and i have to find a way to pay them off. Thanks very much Smelecom, if you would have just told the truth i could of made a decision based on that, but the fact you've lied to me and I'm sure many other people.

Worst company ever. Contact the number told me to “go away”. Item is posted 1st class but taking 3 days to be delivered. Weird. Most likely a scam.
