Ich bin äußerst zufrieden. So benötigte ich einen neuen Akku für mein HUAWEI-Laptop und gab eine Bestellung für einen solchen auf, aber unter Angabe der Daten der inzwischen defekten Netzplatte. Prompt erhielt ich vom Shop eine Nachricht, dass der bestellte Akku nicht ganz passend ist, und man riet mir zum Kauf eines passenden. Das Umbestellen war einfach. Lieferung erfolgte wie angekündigt.
