So soft! I can't believe the quality for the price. I don't usually write reviews, but I keep leaning back on these cushions and just going ahhhhhhhhhh. They're soft but firm and just all round brilliant. Definitely size up at least one size if you want full looking cushions. Highly recommend.

The mattress topper has settled into deep trenches where we lie causing a large lump down the centre .

Good selection of quality, British made goods. I have ordered a couple of times recently, dispatch & delivery is always fast & efficient. Very happy.

Bought a 1 tog duvet which I expected to be made in the UK (it cost £100 as I needed super king size). What a disappointment to find it's made in China. "Designed in the UK". Wish I had bought a Marks and Spencer one at less than half the price and which are still made in the UK.

Very cheap but really very expensive stuff. Better get somewhere else than from this company

I always check TrustPilot before buying from a company I’ve never heard of and I took a risk based on a mix of reviews. I ordered a king size headboard cushion and was worried it would be poor quality. It is lovely, I’m very impressed and would 100% order from this company again.

I ordered the headboard cushion to make my son comfy when he’s watching TV in his room and when I tried it out it was so comfy.

Ordered a super king wool duvet my wife and I are very pleased with our duvet.
The wool duvet is thin but it kept us warm all night I would recommend this cuvet.

I've just received my second order from Lancashire Textiles (a double size bolster pillow & 2 pillow cases) having ordered a 4.5 Tog double duvet & set of 2 regular 250 thread-count Satin Stripe pillows almost a year ago. On both occasions the items were delivered within 3 days & as described, with multiple shipping updates along the way. Shipping cost was a reasonable £3.99 & the product quality seems good for the price. The 4.5 Tog duvet is plenty warm enough for me in Winter without being unbearable in the heat of Summer 2022. Many products are made in Lancashire, supporting UK jobs, yet there's a good choice at prices which are very reasonable. Worth a look!

Firstly I don't even want to give one star. I recently brought a feather downs Duvet. I am so disappointed. It stated it was a 10.5tog. I think they forgot to put the feathers in!!!! False advertising!! 48 pound wasted. I can't download the invoice either. Con artists!!!! Please respond to my review so I can return this item and get my hard earned money back.That would be the decent action to take.

I ordered a Summer lightweight quilt from this company mainly because the website clearly ststed it was made in Britain. When it arrived the label clearly states "Made in PRC" which is the People's Rupublic of China.

I was willing to accept this might have been a genuine mistake but I wanted to return it as it wasn't as described.

Two emails and a tweet on Twitter and they have totally ignored me and at the time of writing the item still carries the "Made in Britain" logo.

I'll never use this company again.

I purchased a sun lounger cushion through Amazon on the 18th may.The photograph showed an orange colour which would have matched perfectly with my other cushions.When it arrived on the 19th it was a very light peach.I initiated a return,and sent it back through on total mail tracked.They received it back on the 23rd.I messaged them through Amazon,No reply,I emailed them through searching google for the website,NO reply.I contacted Amazon,and they said wait until the 28th and the refund should be given.NO didn’t happen.Again I emailed them,and messaged through Amazon,and on the 30th after Amazon stepped in,I got my refund.I did then get an email apologising,and telling me that they had refunded me.I Do Not recommend purchasing from this company,as the descriptions of items are misleading,and inacurate,customer service is Non existent,and should you not purchase through a company such as Amazon,who give you a guarantee that you are protected and will get your money back,you would have issues in obtaining your money back as they don’t respond to emails,or messages.What should have been a pleasant,exciting transaction,was stressful,degrading,and something i will not be repeating.The negative reviews left on here and other websites are accurate,so buyer beware.

Excellent Service! I ordered two duvet bags on Friday morning and they were delivered this afternoon (Saturday). The bags look good quality (like the red rose :-) and will hold my spare duvets a treat. Thanks!

My experience with Lancashire textiles has been terrible. I paid for two headboard cushions and all went through on their website, but days later I noticed I still did not recieve any confirmation to say that my items were shipped as I saw that they had taken the money from my account, so I contacted them. Upon speaking to them they tell me that the items I had ordered “were out of stock” and that I could “choose another colour or get a refund”. I requested a refund immediately as I was not happy about this. To this day I still have not received my money back into my account for an order they cannot fulfill. I have called them basically everyday and to no avail. I have basically been scammed and Lancashire textiles have basically stolen my money. Beware of this company as they are clearly unethical and have stolen money from and not provided the goods as a retailer is supposed to. Look elsewhere for better quality and better customer service from another company who won’t steal your money.

Good Quality British Products!

I very rarely write reviews but this mattress topper has changed my life! I was very reluctant to fork out hundreds of quid for a new mattress and after being recommended from a friend, I thought I would give the "sleep on a cloud" a go, and it didnt disappoint! I would honestly recommend this product to anybody :) even better that it is made in the UK too! Fast delivery and good service too. Thank u!

Ordered 2 x bolster pillows with pillow cases. Good enough quality, not luxury though, and bit expensive for what it is, but made in UK. Had a good search and not much else better out there that is UK made without spending £££££.

Only issue was that one of the pillows had a tiny squashed spider / bug on it with tiny stain, and plastic bag was opened, hopefully not a return.

Tried contacting them on live chat but they never respond, dont know why they bother giving that option. Will keep it and give it a wash and blast with steam as cant be bothered to deal with them. Probably wouldnt order from them again but the pillows do the job so happy enough.

OUTSTANDING! Very rare to find a company that goes out of their way to supply what you need! I honestly can't praise highly enough! After ordering a 2nd bolster pillow a few months after the 1st they had changed their fabric supplier so the colours didn't match. Lots of easy communication and fabric swatches for colour match and I have my perfect match! Will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thankyou Lancashire Textiles!
