Lancashire Textiles Anmeldelser

Fantastic service so fast I had barely blinked. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its products, quality all the way in every aspect. Lots of updates about the status of my parcel so I knew where it was and it arrived so quickly and very well wrapped. Great team effort, thank you so much.

Arrived quickly. Lovely and plump. Well-filled and exactly as needed. Would order again. 😃

Cushions arrived next day. Really pleased with the quality. Reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend

Originally made an error in my online order. Rang up next day to change. No problem. Really helpful lady who sorted everything out for me and despatched the same day!
Great products too!

Always arrive promptly and can't fault the products

I ordered blankets and they were exactly as advertised, they arrived in good time and well packaged, I was very pleased with my purchase

Good pillow and great service as first pillow sent was wrong item. Problem rectified immediately with excellent customer service..

Thanks the linen was great and the delivery was made as promised.

Very happy with my purchase, customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy again from them.

Great service prompt delivery and quality goods

Lovely quality. Would go back and buy again when needed.

Misleading information. I was looking for an ethical option-- thought I'd bought a bamboo duvet made in Britain. Turns out I've bought a synthetic duvet with a bamboo/cotton cover that was made in China and "designed" in Britain.

Really disappointed.

We needed a breathable natural filling, so I'm stuck with a duvet I can't use.

Shame I couldn't find this on your website and I had to order though Amazon. I would much preferred to ordered directly from you. Perfect fit. Great quality. Great price. Can't comment on delivery time because it was done on Amazon.

Quick delivery and lovely quality

Easy to order online. Items delivered well packaged and on time. The bolster pillow is of good quality and very comfortable.

After hours of searching the internet, I was delighted to find that Lancashire Textiles made a mattress protector that was 100% cotton. I didn't want one with a synthetic backing material that washed into holes, it had to be cotton. It also had to have a generous skirt to accommodate the depth of my mattress. I ordered it, hoping for the best, and the next day it arrived. I was very relieved to find that the mattress protector was as described - all cotton. I have put the protector on my mattress and it fits very well, thanks to the generous depth of the skirt which at 15 inches tucks easily under the mattress. In fact I liked it so much I ordered two more. I was also impressed by the quick delivery of my order. It arrived the next day! Well done Lancashire Textiles.

Fast delivery and great product

Beware, if you want to purchase pillows from this company, they come vacuum packed and folded in a small bag. Mine has a permanent dent in it no matter how you try to squeeze and get it straight. After many many email exchanges the upshot is I have to send it back to get an exchange which is a joke as it will come exactly the same way,or a refund. Why is it you purchased something in good faith, pay-full price pay the packaging and then if there’s a problem you’ve got to do all the running around, taking it to the post office sending it out waiting to hear back from them. purchase it your own risk! Wish I could give it zero. to Lancashire textiles I no longer wish to have anything to do with you. Your products are subzero.
