Lancashire Textiles Anmeldelser

I needed draught excluders for my old and ill-fitting doors. I bought 2 from an auction site but on delivery, found the covering was a stiff plastic material! This meant that they wouldn't conform to the gaps and being too long, couldn't be compressed into spaces.
I eventually found some on Lancashire Textiles website and they were of the right size and quality material. Even better, they were on special offer and I got 3 for the price of 2.
Great so far but then the Royal Mail delayed delivery for 9 days due to a parcel backlog!
Lancashire Textiles offered to find a way around the problem but it wasn't necessary in the end, So. I now have 3 nice draught excluders and a warmer house ready for the forthcoming Winter! Many thanks!

Got a pillow for my partner. It was sort of probing to also see if it's worth buying a few sts from them. It was sent with Evri and got lost on the way. After chasing it up with the courier, it eventually arrived, much later than expected. But it was pure disappointment. Ridiculously overpriced for a very basic quality item. The pillow is awkwardly shaped and provides no support whatsoever, and the pillowcase is half polyester. Obviously, not shopping with this company again.

I absolutely adore this pillow I got for lounging in bed while reading; it's incredibly comfortable and generously wide!

A great northern British company. The owner and staff are really helpful and go out of their way to accommodate special requests. Their work is carried out to a very high standard and the quality is exceptional. Special thanks to Joanna for her very useful advice and kindness.

Excellent service, bought 3 duvets (4.5 togs) for next summer.
Very quick delivery. The duvet quality seems excellent at first glance, 3 duvets under £100.00 ! you cannot find better value and it is made in Lancashire - UK ! the heart of the historical textile industry...
Long live this family business...

thank you.

Lancashire textiles clearly sell very superior duvets. The cotton duvet I purchased has a high cotton thread count so no feathers pocking out. It is double stitched at the edges and has many individual compartments so as the feathers don't migrate to any one side. Highly recommended lightweight summer duvet which is 85% goose feather and 15% down filling and worth paying the extra for the premium quality. It also arrived special next delivery exactly in a one hour time slot which was messaged to me. What can I say other than you can't go wrong. The lower 1 star ratings are simply not believable and I am pleased I ignored them and went with the many other 5 star ratings.

I wanted to buy bedding manufactured in UK. I came across this company by searching the Web. I rang up and spoke to Joe. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant. I placed my order which arrived within 2 days. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered the wrong pillows for my wife who has very advanced Alzheimer’s and I contacted customer services (Joe) and he was amazing. He explained what to do and sent the right pillows out to me. The pillows I received are perfect as they are wipe down pillows for in my case incontinence. I was going to send the others back but decided to keep them instead. Both good quality and made in Britain. Will definitely use them again and would recommend.

The lavender pillow doesn’t smell of anything and no one is responding to my email

Fantastic company. Quality of mattress topper is excellent. The customer services is one of the best I have experienced. Spoke to a lovely woman called Joanna who was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I bought this extra wide pillow for when I sit up in bed and read and I love it. It’s really comfy!

Like the product - good quality and timely delivery.

Very fast delivery, excellent!

Very good products, good prices, and good service. When a delivery problem arose it was dealt with immediately. We will definitely use them in the future

Great value for money, quick delivery
It was a seconds and has a mark on the duvet so to be expected
Once in the cover not seen so no problem
Light weight duvet but lovely, warm and cosy

I bought 2 duvet storage bags. They are good quality, good size and have a sturdy zipper and handles. Perfect for storing my duvets without using plastic.

Fast delivery and great quality

Great Qualiity
