Engineer was polite. However we have since had an independent engineer out who took the plinth off and could see the ventilation was adequate. He also looked behind the fridge and saw more ventilation... Vis mer

When we tried to first report the fault I was past to 3 different agents and had to keep repeating the same information including the original invoice number and that the outer casing of the machine had an outwards dent where the drum had tried to smash its way out, was told the following monday by the first agent then told the following Wednesday by the 3rd agent for an engineer. Got a message at 8pm the night before to say engineer would arrive between 3pm-6pm, waited till 6.10pm, tried to call the engineer with no response, locked up and left the property, tried the engineer again with no answer then got a text to say I should text him rather than call, text to say we had left as he hadnt turned up so when should be expect someone to come out, no reply. tried calling again, he answered and said he was still coming and was 11 mins away, had to then chase the tenant to return and let us back in so the engineer could inspect the machine. After 45 minutes of the engineer looking at the machine and him saying they could fix it I had to ask how they would be fixing the outward protruding dent to make the machine fit back into the space provided, He agreed it would need to be replaced but couldnt make any promises.
It took a further 9 days of chasing to find out what was going on to actually be able to collect the replacement machine and fit it ourselves and that was only because we got the retailer to chase it from their end and start ordering a replacement before they had received the paperwork which they would usually wait for. Only gave 2 stars cause we did eventually get the replacement

After two weeks of suffering with a gradually but increasingly failing freezer we still don't have a solution, either actually or planned. Pacifica have been advised that we are now having to throw food away. They couldn't care less.

Called for an engineer, was told it would take up to three weeks. Bought a new dishwasher Instead and despite cancelling the engineer and requesting my money back, the engineer turned up a week after our new dishwasher was plumbed in and I still haven't received our cash back.
Poor service all rround.

No customer service number. My full order wasn’t delivered and I have missing items and still I haven’t had a response from Lamona spares despite chasing online and via email.

Terrible product and customer service
In 12 months I have had 2 freezers which have both broke down on numerous occasions resulting in me loosing a lot of food . The engineers always cancel appointments on the last minute and this is always due to sickness or their van breaking down , I would not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered bottom drawer for freezer. Waited 2 weeks without a response. Contacted them and the drawer was delivered a few days later. No front part and no email saying what was happening. Contacted them again and very short response saying in process of being dispatched no date for dispatch and nothing in last 3 days. Very poor customer service

Easily found the correct part online, ordering was simple & it arrived within the specified time! Great!

Ordered 2 parts . One turned up after 3 days , then had to chase them up for the other one ! It was nothing to do with being out of stock , just wasn’t packed with the other one . Didn’t even get an apology.

I still haven't received my refund after returning my glass oven door.

Initially Call centre did not record the actual problem correctly so engineer came 5th June with wrong parts.
Told me it was a 2 man visit as built in appliance.
Next visit was only booked as 1 engineer again who did not turn up and when I called after waiting in all day I was told they were not coming as part broken!
No apology, had to take a days leave for nothing and still have a freezer not working properly.
