Never got refund!

I returned my whole order over a month ago because one toothbrush broke. The company was nice and said I could return my whole order for a refund. It has now been over a month since this order made it back to their warehouse (2/17/25) and I never got any email about processing a refund nor did I ever get my refund! I have been emailing and getting no responses from the company. Don't trust this company! You'll have to chase them to get your refund. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional...

Nach anfänglichen Bedenken überzeugt

Als ich die letzten Bewertungen hier gelesen habe hatte ich eigentlich schon keinen Bock mehr, von wegen ewige Wartezeiten, lange Antwortzeiten etc.. Gott sei Dank musste ich diese Erfahrungen nicht machen. Donnerstags bestellt, Föhn ist heute (Montag) angekommen. Alles top verpackt, keine Schäden nix, Föhn funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Gut, wie sich der Föhn sich auf lange Zeit bewährt kann ich jetzt natürlich noch nicht sagen, aber die Verarbeitung wirkt im Allgemeinen sehr hochwertig, der Föhn liegt gut in der Hand, ist schön leise. Alles in allem tip top. Gerät und Service.

Got the toothbrush and it arrived DOA

Got the toothbrush and it arrived DOA. Contacted support since Late February and was told to send it back to get it replaced. Sent it back and made sure to double check it got delivered to where was supposed to be delivered and despite multiple attempts, have yet to hear anything from customer service as to when I will be receiving my replacement. So frustrating and untrustworthy especially for a first time purchase from this company. Stay away!! Order #LF18597CA

Horrible customer service - no customer service!!!

As with the tons of other people that have said this already in their reviews
My hairdryer which I bought direct from Laifen is super loud and even louder with the diffuser. I have been trying for weeks to start a return process as they are stating that I only have 30 days from date of delivery to return for full refund. I emailed weeks ago, received a ticket no 71745 and was told would receive a response within 48 hours. Have still not heard anything and have emailed a few times. Tried web-chat but customer service team are never online. At a loss of what to do. Hairdryer was expensive and we don't like it at all. There is also no phone number on the website or anywhere else. This is ridiculous and it's clearly multiple customers who have had the same experience. Buyer beware and do not buy, there is no way to get a hold of this company and they do not respond!!!

Never get my order

This is an updated review. Happy with the product, talking about issues I had before getting it.

I did have troubles with this brand, but after placing a review here - they reached me out and we settled everything down.

Customer service is helpful and replies fast.
The only thing I’m not happy with - the info on their website is not clear enough regarding preorders time estimates, no emails explaining timing of your order.
And contact form seems to not working.

I hope the brand will update the website and solve the problem with contact form, as I’m really happy with my order - hair dryer SE lite.

Resolved my product issues yay

Since leaving a negative review from receiving an incorrect product laifen have been in contact to amend the issue. I really don’t think this is an often occurrence and seemed a sincere mistake. They gave me options on what I could do which was really helpful and they replied very quickly to my emails in resolving the issue. I have now got the correct attachment for my product and a discount to cover the inconvenience and wrong colour. I have yet to dry my hair with it but it seems super powerful and the temperature circulation is great!

It blew up. Bought my hairdryer August 24

Bought my hairdryer August 24. It ‘blew up’ whilst drying my 5yr olds hair and was smoking and had to throw it out of the window where it slowly smouldered on the gravel. Very scary. Raised 3 tickets over two weeks ago and zero response from this terrible company

(Bloß nicht kaufen) Update

Habe mir am 17.02 den Laifen Föhn SE bestellt und bis heute nichts bekommen. Auf meine erste Email Ticketnr.: #69684 wurde nicht geantwortet und ich warte jetzt noch 2 Tage auf die Zweite und wenn dann nichts kommt werde ich die Bestellung bei Paypal stornieren.
Finger Weg!

Update (26.03.25): der Support hat sich gemeldet.
Anscheinend ist das Problem die Farbe und meine Farbe würde erst Mitte April versendet werden.
Sie haben mir einen 50% refund geben wollen und ich kann mich entscheiden eine andere Farbe zu nehmen oder zu canceln. Ich habe mich jetzt dafür entschieden meine Sendung zu canceln und einen anderen Föhn zu kaufen.

Update 2 (26.03.25): Sie haben mir den Föhn für umsonst angeboten aber bekomme mein Geld zurück, werde updaten ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme und wie der Föhn ist. Dann könnte sich auch meine Bewertung ändern.

Kunden Support scheint zu funktionieren sind auch nett aber dauert etwas.

Update 3 (26.03.2025): Bewertung ging nach ob (jetzt drei Sterne)
Habe meinen refund von Paypal bestätigt bekommen und sollte morgen auf meinem Konto sein.

Update 4 (31.03.2025): der Föhn ist bei mir angekommen. Recht schnell sogar.
Er war hochwertig eingepackt.
Ich wollte mal auf eine paar Dinge eingehen:

1. Langes Kabel: ka wie lang genau aber wirklich lang. Mein alter war nur halb so lang.

2. Föhnen: meine Haare sind recht dicht und lang, deshalb dauert es bei mir immer länger aber diese Föhn hat es recht schnell hinbekommen und danach hatte ich mehr Volumen.

3. Hitze: Er wird nicht Mega heiß, was ich persönlich gut finde.
Vor allem diese Wechselfunktion mag ich gerne. Aber man kann auch auf „kalt“ Föhnen.

Fazit: 4 Sterne
Es ist ein schöner und solider Föhn. Er wird nicht zu heiß und die Wechseleinstellung finde ich sehr gut.
Ob es die 75€ wert sind muss jeder selber entscheiden.
Kundenservice ist ok, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man mit nur geantwortet hat, weil ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben habe.

Contra: die Logistik.
Man sollte mehr kommunizieren, vor allem wenn eine Bestellung schon aufgegeben wurde und es Probleme gibt.
Wegen dem ganzen hin und her und fehlenden Kommunikation/Informationen nur 4 Sterne.

Ich bin gerade zufrieden

No response from Customer Services

I have changed my original 1* review as once I did receive a response from customer services (in particular Alice) they did deal the matter rapidly and I have since received a brand new hairdryer. Fingers crossed it will last longer this time.

My hairdryer which I bought direct from Laifen EU last July has stopped working. Reported 17.3.25 and received a ticket no 69425 and was told would receive a response within 48 hours. Have still not heard anything and have emailed a few times. Tried web-chat but customer service team are never online. At a loss of what to do. Hairdryer was expensive and has a two year warranty.

Great Team, fast drying, lightweight….

The service team was awesome and resolved my issue so fast. I was missing a smooth nozzle in my box and they sent me one within the week. I have taken a month or so to play with the dryer before posting a review to be honest. I use both attachments regularly, my hair is thin and wavy/curly. I wont type it because it changes depending on routine, environment etc. I use the smooth nozzle when I want a slim straight look and I never go back over with a flat iron or frizz spray because the dryer does a really good job on its own. The smooth nozzle dries my hair in ten minutes. The diffuser from soaking wet to break the cast dry takes about 25-30 minutes, but I alternate between cold and med temperatures so this timing may differ depending on your method. The dryer is lightweight enough for me to use on a regular basis which is rare for me to find. I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, and myofascial pain, I have always hated hair dryers for being so heavy and difficult to work with. They normally cause me many issues. This dryer has been a dream for someone like me and has given me something I have been wanting a long time, to feel good about my hair daily.

Update: I got my hairdryer today and a partial refund as a compensantion. I am pleased about the customer service after the issue.
LF62570EU my order never came, with no notification, no respond to my several emails.
If you can not send the order in maximum 10 days, i want a full refund!
If you will send it, i am asking for a partial refund as a compensation, it is not acceptable since the delivery time is 2-7 days ON MY ORDER and it would be fine if i got any response!

Geld weg und kein Föhn geliefert

Ich habe mir am 02.03.2025 einen Föhn bestellt und bezahlt allerdings kam hier bisher nie etwas an. Keine Info welchen Status die Bestellung hat obwohl es heißt 2-7 Tage Lieferung. Sämtliche versuche einen Kundenservice zu erreichen um einfach mal zu erfahren was hier Stand ist war vergebens. Immer nur irgendwelche automatischen antworten aber keiner der sich dem Problem annimmt. Kein Geld mehr und kein Föhn. Ich geh davon aus hier musste ich Lehrgeld bezahlen und

Retourenbearbeitung schleppend

Die Retoure wurde inzwischen bearbeitet und der Kaufpreis zurück erstattet.
Dur Kritik auf Trustpilot war möglicherweise hilfreich.

Ich hatte mir einen Haartrockner von Laifen bestellt. Das Handling fand ich nicht komfortabel.
Haartrockner wurde deshalb am 27.02.2025 zurückgeschickt an die von Laifen angegebene Adresse. Alle Teile in Originalverpackung.
Auslieferung dort durch DHL am 03. März 2025.
Bis heute, 10 Tage später, erfolgte keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, obwohl in den AGB's steht, daß die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 2-5 Tagen erfolgt.
Bis heute erhielt ich auch keine Antwort auf meine mehrfachen Reminder.
Das ist kein seriöses Geschäftsverhalten!
