Do not buy from this company, everything is a scam. They do not respond to emails, do not answer phones and have not stopped my order, it has been 25 days since I purchased it. It cost $80. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered product on December 26th 2024- have yet to receive shipping information. I’ve called LA Herb multiple times and have left messages and no one ever answers or calls me back. I sent an email the end of December and finally received a response on the 3rd of January stating it would ship that week. It’s now the 10th and still haven’t received shipping info and cannot reach a customer service rep. This is absolutely ridiculous. Awful communication. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Scam!!!!!!!! Don't order anything from this company. I ordered on December 18th priority mail. Still haven't received the tracking information or the order. I was told by some punk name Mark that I would receive my order last week. I've called left several messages and emailed. Please don't waste your time and money. Im definitely going to exposed them on All of my social media. Give me my money back 😤

Never received shipping confirmation. Emailed the company said i would have it next day, that has been 5 days ago so I emailed for a refund 2 days ago and never received an email nor my money back. They are a complete scam and all the good reviews are bots here from them.

Maybe not as bad a company as says in reviews, scared me, it looks like my order is really and finally on the way, I don't like feeling scared so I am done with this company,

lovely herbs and so many other things that are hard to find elsewhere. Shipping time took a little longer than expected, but I was well worth the wait:)

Ordered April 24, 20024 still waiting and no response from Laherb..total scam .It's been 7 months now.

Was scared due to these reviews but after 2 days I have tracking and it appears to be on its way. The usps shipping location that is being used has 1.6 reviews with tons of complaints about missing shipments.
Product arrived!!! Other than slow it made it. Happy it wasn’t a scam! 👍
Couldn’t ever get a response from phone number or emails but still happy to get product.

It appears that I duplicated the order, from APRIL 2024, & still never received the product.

IT APPEARS THAT THE MERCHANT IS HEAVILY RELIANT UPON INT'L SHIPPING, UNBEKNOWNST TO THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY MAY IMPROVE BE CUSTOMER UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS.

I placed an order on August 6, 2024, and over the course of a month, I did not receive it. I emailed them a few times and there was zero response. I asked for a refund. Zero response. I am going to ask my bank to stop payment. Such a disappointment; I wanted to support a small business instead of A-zon.

Definitely a scam. I placed an order over a month ago, and they have not responded to any of the three emails I've sent trying to get info on what's happening. Wish I would have looked into the store before buying.

Same experience as others, wish I looked first, disputing the charge now. The website is nonfunctioning now just takes you to a shopify landing. I sent them an email a week ago. Never got a response. I ordered on 5/30/2024, waited till 6/12 to inquire about shipping. Gave them a week, and was disappointed to see their webpage down, then I found trustpilot and other reviews with the same experience. The 2 people below that did receive their orders are suspect or extremely lucky.

This company is a total scam. Do not order from them unless you want to never receive your product and get your money stolen. I ordered a few items in order to make my own homemade rootbeer from LA Herb. I received an order confirmation which stated that the order was placed and they would update me on when the order would ship. In a weeks time, there was no update. I was a little concerned so I contacted the company via email on my order status and when it would ship/eta. No response. I decided to file a claim with my bank as I was getting suspicious of fraudulent activity. All of a sudden, I get a response from the company! SHOCKER!! Telling me I need to withdrawal my claim in order to move forward. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and withdrew my claim. I notified the company and no response again. After multiple days not hearing back I decided to reinstate the claim. Again, like clockwork, I received a message from David (assuming the owner) questioning my claim and stating the order was going to ship. I responded that this company has to be bogus otherwise I would have gotten an update on my order or an explanation of why its taken so long to ship. Have yet to receive a response and they still havent refunded me when I asked for a refund. They deleted my tracking information on the shop app. Clearly this company is fake and I encourage anyone thinking of ordering from them to think twice. Its a shame people cant be honest. Thankfully my order wasn't more than 60 dollars but its the principal of the issue that this shouldn't happen.

I’m giving one star because there is no way to give 0. A month after I ordered and I can’t get any response from them. No email. No response from contact page. Just nothing. Do not order from these scammers.

I’ve been waiting for a $250 order from 2023. They don’t reply to emails and never sent it .

Order did take a while but I did receive my order. Well packaged and everything is very fresh.

Not only was the customer service department both helpful, and professional as can be.. My order arrived sooner than I even expected, and quite quickly considering the nationwide delays at hand.. I love LA herb, and absolutely plan on doing a lot of business with them in the future.

Wish I would have done a little more research before ordering. I won't go as far as saying this company is a scam or fake. We are a business that was in need of several items that our regular supplier was out of stock. Ordered 2/1 (there is a message of a delay due to customs) which happens and was fine. But ALL 7 items stuck in customs? Again, can be the case, we deal with shipping and customs all the time - but NO mention while ordering of "Out of Stock" or a call back after order placed. Just the message- delays due to... I contacted (email) 3/4/24 asking about one of the items that was needed as a rush at this point to see if at all in stock and able to split order. Very nice girl assured me it was and would be out - which they did via USPS on 3/6. Fast forward 3/13 and it's still only showing "label created" - which means just that- NOT that it's in the system at all for transit scans. This was the suspicious kicker - the other 6 herbs that was in the email that weren't to be "cleared from customs and at the warehouse" until the following week... also shipped 3/6, yes with a tracking... of... "Label Created" only. Looked forward to adding them as a vendor, prices very reasonable - but after this and reading similar reviews- not a chance. Again, not stating a scam or fake company- just very poor business practices. Cancelled order and notified American Express for dispute process.

Would rate zero stars if possible.
I placed my order at the beginning of January, and after 3+ weeks of no shipping update, I emailed customer support. She got back to me letting me know there was a backup with the holidays and new customer service staff. I was assured that my order was processing and I should receive a shipping update with tracking information soon. Fast forward 2 more months and still no update. Have emailed back for a refund and to cancel my order..TBD if they refund me. In the meantime, I have ordered multiple times from MONTEREY BAY HERB CO and have always gotten my orders very quickly.

I placed an order on 2/5/24 and got an automated order confirmation. And that's all I received. It is now 2/19 and I have not received shipping confirmation, the product I ordered, or any responses to my many emails inquiring about my order. The Better Business Bureau website has several reviews stating this company is a scam and I believe them.
