I placed my order in January 2025 and never received my order which was needed for a cancer patient. I am requesting my money back as I no longer need their product.

If i could leave negative stars l would. Ordered over a month ago and nothing. I sent email and they said they will email when it's being sent. Weeks later and nothing. No return emails. No phone call return. I always look at reviews and this one l didn't. I'm so pissed right now!! All l want is my order. Do not buy from here. And i know they will see this review and not care. Bonus for me? With 200k followers on 3 platforms, you best bet I'm going to let everyone know!!

I ordered from them. Went to tracking. Tracking claimed it was delivered on April 18 2025 at 2:32 p.m. No package anywhere. Total scam.

I order from this company a week ago , nobody answers phone , and nobody returned my emails , will call my bank and see what they can do so I can be refunded

After 17 days without receiving my order or any reply to my email inquiries I called today on a friday.
I was on hold for 40 minutes and then after actually speaking to a woman ( pleasantly disarming) she put me back on long holds 2 more times. 1 hour when done and she promised it will go out Monday. Then I found these reviews. I will update if and when I receive product.
Okay it didn't go out as promised. Finally received product two weeks after that call.

La herb.com has not responded to my phone call or email. I wish to return an unopened product (bilberries). I was not alert in ordering a single ounce of dried bilberries listed on website for $16.29 (with 20% discount that brought final product total to $13.03. In viewing the size of package on arrival and realizing the exorbitant cost, I regretted my ordering and requested to return but now read there's a policy of no returns.
I won't pursue them any longer, as it seems futile. But wish to alert others by posting this. I later ordered bilberries from Northwest Wild Foods and am pleased both by the product and its cost, and the standards this company provides of product and process (including certified organic). I paid $29.99 for one pound. Thank you for posting this.

As others had said no one calls or emails back. They printed out a preshipment for usps when asked what was going on with order. Finally canceled on my credit card. I waited 5 weeks but after reading reviews. That I should of read first. I decided that was the best option. Funny thing is I hate ordering on line. I should of stayed with my gut and just paid more locally. Will be my go to from now on. I do not know how they stay in business. Fyi we need to make a system that you can give negative stars

No product and no replies for 6 weeks. (Although they immediately cancelled order when asked but did not send refund). You cannot reach anyone....DO NOT order from these people!!! Have reported to numerous agencies. Do not deserve even 1 star.

I made an order last month have gotten absolutely nothing. I have emailed them several times nothing.
They charged mr right away and delivered nothing.
I am disputing through my credit card company.
Save yourself time and hassle just don't do it.

If I could give them -00000 stars, I would. I placed my order on April 24, 2025. Today is May 14, and they’re ghosting me. Nobody answers the phone, the chat is useless because it just tells me to email them — and nobody replies to emails either. It’s completely disrespectful, and this company should be reported ASAP. How do I report this?

Ordered over two months ago with no update on shipping. No answer when called or emailed. Such a scam!!! Reported them to as many agencies as possible.

They are well suited to take your money, but not deliver product or answer phone calls or emails. What a shame. Earthday order. Zero results, save the payment from my bank account.

I gave one last ditch effort to contact the company again. A female answered. I was told they are having supplier issues and are offering a cancellation to me. I agreed to cancel. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive. I did receive the cancellation email and also a notice from “Shop” that my card has been refunded.

I wish ZERO was an option!!! Placed an order April 16, 2025. They took payment. I still have not received my order. I have called several times and left several messages. No return call. I sent several emails and NO RETURN EMAIL. I just tried calling again and still being sent to vm. I AM TURNING THIS TRANSACTION OVER TO MY BANK'S FRAUD DEPARTMENT! The reviews have been awful. I placed an order after speaking to a company representative who answered my questions. It seemed legit. But now, no contact from the company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order that was over $200 multiple items on 3/26/25 and t 4 weeks since I ordered, I have neither an email about the status of my order nor received my order. I contacted them via phone which only led to a full voicemail. I emailed 3 times to no avail. This fake/ghost company needs to be reported. I have no recourse to pursue legal action against this company.

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is going through something similar.

I finally got my refund after about two weeks of battling with this company. I placed an $85 order in early February and waited until early March—mainly because I saw a delay notice on their website, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I sent a couple of emails during that time but got no response at all.

Toward the end of March, I started calling—many times. Finally, someone picked up. A woman answered, put me on hold for several minutes (honestly felt like she was hoping I’d hang up), then came back with some kind of offer. I said no, firmly—I just wanted my refund. She put me on hold again, then told me she had processed it.

While still on the phone, I checked my email. All I got was an order cancellation notice that said: “Order LA********** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.” I told her that wasn’t a refund confirmation, but she insisted it was and told me to wait 7–14 days.

Please be cautious—what she said was not accurate, even though she sounded polite.

I waited another 10 days—still nothing. I even checked with my bank. No refund. So I called the company again. After my ninth call, she finally answered. She said she didn’t know why it hadn’t gone through the first time. While I was still on the call, I finally received a proper refund confirmation—and yes, this time it was real. My money is finally back.

DON’T GIVE UP. THAT’S YOUR MONEY. DON’T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

I had to dispute this charge, been waiting for weeks for my order, emailed them twice needed at least a confirmation on shipment, no one answered, this is ridiculous, don't order from them.

I see, I am not alone.
Paid $80 (25/2/7) and (4/16) waiting.
Lesson learned, check reviews before you buy ...

I placed my order in 12/2024. I received a shipping notification but no tracking information. After several calls and unanswered emails, I spoke with a woman who assured me that they were just waiting for one more item to complete my order. She said she could send the other 5 items and the remaining herb when it came in. That was in February, and I still haven't received ANY of the items.
