Lafayette Photography Anmeldelser

We had a wonderful photo session for our daughters graduation. Sarah Errity looked after us- she was just wonderful and had such a great way with us..a total professional. The photos are fab and we are thrilled to have these very precious forever memories.

Good photographers, great photos, and easy process.

Very good quality photos and fast delivery. Recommend.

From having the photos taken to delivery, a thoroughly professional service. Great customer service when I had a query.

Even though I was the last booking on a very hot day the company were patient, professional and accommodating.
Great instructions were provided, and several pictures to chose from.
Delighted with the results🪄✨️

The customer service I received from Thomas was exceptional. There was an issue with 1 of my photos and he called me to discuss options- he also gave me a gift to apologize for the issue! 10/10!!

Very professional, organised and pleasant experience well done. Getting my order was very easy and without delay. Well done all involved

I had some trouble ordering the exact selection of photos from my son’s school that I wanted and contacted customer services. Emma was extremely prompt in responding and in helping to ensure I got what I desired. The photos arrived within a couple of days and both my son and I are delighted with them. Emma went above and beyond to assist and I am genuinely grateful for her help.

10/10 experience from start to finish and highly recommend Lafayette to everyone

Very good service

Excellent service! I was having a little trouble ordering and Emma was so helpful and responded to me really quickly! I would highly recommend Lafayette photography.

The experience I had with them was excellent, the photographs were of great quality and everyone was pleasant and helpful to deal with. The staff were also very helpful and informative on the phone when I had to ring them to clarify a few things, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I simply cannot recommend Lafayette highly enough. The customer service is beyond incredible. My little boy made his communion and on the initial photos his hair appeared messy. I contacted Emma who was so understanding from my initial query. Emma requested that I send on a recent photo of my little boy and his normal hair style. To my amazement the photos arrived within 10 days and the editing was exceptional. I am so so happy with our photos. I can’t thank the Lafayette team enough. The photos are amazing quality. Emma who helped me is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. My only regret is I can only give 5 stars. They deserve more. Amazing company and quality customer service.
Thank you so much

Great experience and wonderful photos.

Great photography and great experience on the day . Only reason they lost a star was I found the website hard to navigate.

My experience was great with the lovely staff.

The professionalism of the staffs

Photos turned out lovely very happy with the quality but unfortunately the leaflet i got home said free delivery to the school if I ordered within a certain amount of days but when I logged in to buy them on within 7 days I did not have the choice to get free delivery to the school

Lovely photograph, very easy to order and delivered quickly. Perfect!
