Lafayette Photography Anmeldelser

Abigail, a lovely person to deal with, photos were beautiful a treasure

It was my first time to order thru online portal and highly recommended as it was straight forward👍

I would highly recommend this company for photos, they are very professional, efficient and friendly and polite to deal with. 5 ⭐

Ive been using their service for a few years and never had a problem. Good quality photos.

Fantastic service with prompt delivery. My orders are always school pictures of my children. This is the first year I've ordered for them to be delivered to my home address instead of the school. Delivery was less than a week.

Excellent service when I contacted them direct because my child had missed the deadline for delivery and had no access to a code for the photo,(usual teenager). They emailed me a link straightaway once I gave the picture and school details. Photo ordered and delivered without issue.

I had contacted Lafayette as my son's photo order form had went missing between school and daycare. Emma located his photos and sent me a link very quickly and was lovely to interact with.

I had a very positive experience with the photographer, and the pictures came out beautifully 😍😍 10/10 Quality & service!

Its very simple i have not received my photo yet, so i am not happy.

Have used these for years and photos are quality and affordable

Ontime delivery of the frame and it suits my certificate very well

Had a slight issue but literally rectified within 24 hours in a prompt and professional manner. Replacement sent within 24 hours. Emma was lovely to deal with. Happy with product. Thank you

The photos I received from Lafayette were fantastic! I had digital downloads where a small part of the photo wouldn’t load/display, Emma managed to sort this issue for me in a very short time. Customer experience has been brilliant - credit to the team this company has!

Fantastic customer service, had previously ordered framed prints and wanted the same option again and Emma was amazing at helping me to achieve this

Received my order promptly and efficiently and absolutely delighted with finished photos

Would highly recommend 👌

Matriculation photo for my daughter's college out of focus and poorly mounted, not flat. Strange scrolls surrounding the text that look inappropriate. Website is confusing and difficult to navigate.
Disappointing experience.

Great service speedy delivery and good quality product thank you again

The company is fantastic with very lovely and well trained staff.

Please keep doing what you are doing and keep improving.

I am okay with the service received overall.
