I tried to contact the service to ask about my shipment for order KUGOO42742018EU.
Confirmed May 6 , money already taken from me , no purchased invoice, and even now the tracking has not started. I never received a response or a solution and unfortunately for the hurry to buy a gift I chose this site, I noticed that other people also had the same problem. I am really upset and worried about the gift as well as it is a bad impression for the site itself. When I purchase the kukirin scooter no purchased invoice was sent! Totally mess. I need a solution!

Impossible to reach
I’ve been trying to reach this company so many times by mail and their homepage. They dont answer to mails.
This concerns my order KUGOO41012018EU where money are drawn from my account but I get no confirmation at all. I first missed that payment could not be processed so I payed again and this time it worked. They got the money but my order is gone? And no answers. Maybe you answer this?! (My son who really saved his money to buy this is so sad).

I bought a new G2 scooter in Dec 24
I bought a new G2 scooter in Dec 24. It stopped working 8 weeks later. I contacted them with the issue. They replied once a week later asking for a video. I sent it on to them and nothing now for 4 weeks. Im left with a 480 Eur scooter that doesnt work. I have sent a lot of follow up emails and no reply. Customer service is non existant. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Don't make the mistakes I did and a number of other customers who were horrified by this company! I ordered a scooter without reading the comments, only because my card didn't work in one store and I did it in another ☹️that's right, they don't answer messages. I waited for a response to my letter for 3 days... in the end they answered me, in total I wrote 9 letters. At first they offered me to pay extra for the exchange if the scooter was more expensive, and when I said that I wanted to return the scooter (I already understood that I needed to run as far away from this store as possible) and get my money, they stopped answering me. Run as far away from such a store as possible!

I just bought a G3 pro couple days ago on 31 october the process of shipment has been perfect in just one working day they shipped my scooter and it's still on the way so i am waiting for that but i have big issues and you guys are going to have big problems if you buy on this website as well. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HELP for any problem you're going to have with your scooter. I shot them 4 e-mail never answered me.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! there are so many kugookirin website so be aware which one you choose, unfortunately i must keep my scooter cause i cannot return it to them because they don't even answer me for the return. Save your WALLET

Je recommande fortement !!! J'ai précommandé une trotinette électrique "G2" sur ce site tout en espérant ne pas m'ettre fait arnaquer et je suis assez bien surpris du traitement de la commande et de la rapidité sachant que cette trotinette était en précommande en attendant le re-stock de celle-ci. Une fois l'avoir reçu, je l'ai directement essayé et je n'ai jamais été si content d'un achat. Pour finir, je tiens à préciser que c'est la première trotinette que j'ai acheté et qu'elle surpasse toutes les autres présentes sur le marché au niveau du prix et de la qualité.
