J'ai commandé une kukirin g2 max en pré-commande. Elle arrive dans un entrepôt gls en retard ma trottinette est bloquée la bas car la trottinette est trop lourde et trop grande alors que gls est un des livreur de kugoo.eu. j'ai réussi à la débloquer en allant à gls lamballe qui l'a détenait et ils me l'ont débloquer en 5 minutes merci encore à gls lamballe et fuyez kugoo.eu ils nous piège. Ils n'ont pas de numéro de téléphone ils n'ont que le Gmail donc si vous avez un problème ils peuvent ne pas vous répondre et vous n'aurez pas votre colis

Lack of update
kugoo you have reached out and emailed me to say that the kugoo g2 pro would be back in stock in a week it’s been over that now as i stated this is still causing me major inconvenience due to lack of update on your website and yous should be applying that the scooter is out of stock before selling is there any way i can be upgraded to a diffrent g2 so i can get on the road and get to work easier and better i’ve ordered the scooter 2 weeks ago and still nothing again if i can be upgraded to a scooter thats in stock would be perfect due to your lack of professionalism on website while i was looking for a website with this scooter all other kugoo websites were out of stock and clarified it before buying this was the only website available that i have seen that never clarified that the g2 was out of stock im not happy one bit if i had known the scooter was out of stock i would not have ordered here’s the order number again hopefully for the last time KUGOO45902018EU. I have contacted my bank and reported to police
Also if everyone reports them on google and instagram/facebook the “company” need to be removed so they can’t scam anyone else.
Constant bombardment via email, WhatsApp, instagram has led to them saying they will refund me but only time will tell as they are not a legitimate company. This has been a very frustrating few weeks PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE

Worth the Wait
I ordered the Kukirin G2 Master and had to wait about a month for delivery due to it being sold out. But honestly, it was absolutely worth the wait!
The scooter is not only stylish but also technically impressive — powerful performance, solid build quality, and excellent range. I’m especially impressed with how smooth and stable the ride is, even on uneven roads. It really feels like a premium experience.
Despite the longer wait time, the customer support team kept me updated and responded to my inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. It’s clear that Kukirin values their customers.

I ordered on 8th of May paid €980 was shipped to Ireland and Dpd failed to deliver as package was over weight for pick up delivery and sent package back to kugoo.eu kugoo support said the would re-ship around the 3rd of June and still no updated tracking I don’t know why they would take my payment ship the product but fail to use a company who can actually deliver the package could they not clear this issue with delivery service before sales of product I’m so disappointed waiting wondering is it even going to come or is this a scam ???im sure the scooter is going to be re-Shipped during the week days as was sent back and to be re-shipped because of weight issues during delivery with DPD delivery service

Kugoo seem to only care about their image here on trust pilot. I have read tonnes of reviews and hoped it wasn't true.
