Hat alles problemlos funktioniert

Unkompliziert, 2 Tage vor der Veranstaltung da, Box schnell aufgebaut.
Einziger Punkt der mir nicht so gefallen hat, dass man im Lite Paket keine Einzelbilder machen kann, sondern immer nur eine Collage . Dann kommt erst der QR Code zum direkten Abscannen.

Wir waren rundum super zufrieden mit der Fotobox!

​Die Anlieferung hat einwandfrei geklappt – das Paket war sogar schon zwei Tage vor unserer Feier da, was uns extrem viel Stress genommen hat. Der Aufbau war absolut selbsterklärend und kinderleicht, sogar ganz ohne Erklärvideo. Genauso unkompliziert und schnell ging später auch der Abbau und der Rückversand.

​Das Wichtigste aber: Die Fotos sind richtig toll geworden und wir hatten riesigen Spaß damit! Wir würden diese Fotobox jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Über die App wird man über alle Schritte informiert, die Fotobox wurde rechtzeitig geliefert, war schnell aufgebaut und hat verlässlich Fotos gemacht und gedruckt.
Wir sind super zufrieden!

Hochzeits Highlight!
Die Fotobox ist ein maximaler Spaßfaktor auf unserer Hochzeit gewesen. Wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten direkt ausgedruckte Bilder von und mit unseren Gästen zu bekommen. Die Anlieferung und Abholung der KRUU Box war sehr unkompliziert. Nur der Aufbau erwies sich als leicht tricky, da die Metallstange des Standfußes bereits verzogen / leicht verbogen war. Wir haben es aber dennoch problemlos geschafft. Der Aufbau war dank der Videoanleitung problemfrei. Die Bilder sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig und auch die digitale Form ist super easy, um die Fotos mit Familien und Freunden zu teilen.

I would 100% book with KRUU again!! They delivered my Photo Booth timely and it was such a big hit at my wedding!! So worth every penny!

The equipment didn't work from the get go. I'm still waiting for tech to assess the problem and get back with me. It's been 14 day with no update.

We used KRUU photo booth at our wedding on October 10th. Everyone loved it! It was super easy to use, reasonable prices and now we have so many wonderful pictures that our guests took. Highly recommend! You will not regret it.

Ich habe erstmalig diese Fotobox genutzt und es war eine erfolgreiche Bereicherung meiner Feier. Die Lieferung erfolgte wenige Tage vor dem Ereignis, so dass Zeit blieb zum Probieren und zum Probeaufbau, wie in der Werbung versprochen. Die Qualität der Bilder ist sehr gut.

Ich vor KRUU andere Fotoboxen von etlichen Anbietern ausprobiert.

Wir hatten die KRUU-Box für unsere Firmenfeier gemietet und ich für meinen Geburtstag, weil es der beste Anbieter ist:
Der Aufbau ist idiotensicher, die Bedienung ebenfalls, nur das mit der App und dem Zugang zu der Veranstaltung in der App, das muss man erstmal kurz verstehen.

Einmal hatten wir mit der Box technische Probleme. Der Service war super zu erreichen, richtig hilfreich und sehr nett!

Bei Fotoboxen empfehle ich nur noch diese.

It was my 50th birthday party and KRUU made it even more memorable I received it 3 days before my party and it was so easy to assemble and to use it, I had more than 100 guests and didn’t finish the entire film

Mega unkomplizierte Abwicklung, vorm Aufbau hatte ich erst Respekt, als ich alle Teile gesehen habe, aber das war letztlich auch einfach.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Fotobox von Kruu. Ich habe jetzt schon einige Male bei Kruu bestellt und hatte bisher keinerlei Probleme.

Wir haben die Fotobox bereits zum zweiten Mal genutzt. Lieferung verlässlich und unkompliziert zum Termin. Aufbau und Handhabung einfach und in der app gut beschrieben. Jederzeit wieder!

The camera is great, easy to set up. I hated how you had to choose a photo background. I never could figure it out and it looks like crap, but good thing you can't see it anyway. There were pictures missing and my family was upset. I reached out but got a generic response to reinstall the app to see if more photos would load- there weren't more. The weird thing is my family took pics of the pics taken off the camera and they still weren't there, so not sure how accurate it is, we even were missing pictures of our guest tables in between photos so we KNOW they are missing and each picture was confirmed w the button to take a photo- so how are pictures missing? Also having to push a button in between photos killed the vibe. The messages the very next day to return the camera were bothersome. We were planning to return it on Tuesday near our home where we know UPS consistently pics up, instead we dropped it off at a CVS (that was the UPS pick up w reviews stating their packages were delayed pick ups- ours was fine but was a concern) since their UPS store is closed until Monday. No one wants annoying texts the very next morning after their wedding or to google map a drop off location where they don't live just to return a camera, there should be at least a 3-day grace period on the returning camera. Anyway, I don't think I'd rent this again in the future but it has a great concept and idea. It would have been less stressful if all photos were there. The pics are easy to download but even trying to order prints is difficult that it forces you to rent the printer too just to have copies.

Réception de l'appareil et test de la machine ok a 16h, lorsque j'ai fêté mon événement le soir, l'appareil ne fonctionnait plus et était défaillant (X photos non imprimées, bug d'affichage, plusieurs photos imprimées en double, bref la machine était complètement défaillante. Une seconde machine est transmise en cas d'incident, génial ! Malheureusement la seconde était également défaillante (quel malchance de ma part !).
La machine n'as donc absolument pas permis a mes convives de profiter de cette dernière convenablement !
Suite a une réclamation effectué et études de ces machines, le site s'excuse et constates effectivement 2 machines défaillante ! ( Pour 279 euros tout de même ) Et me propose ' geste commercial ' 25 euros de remboursement ainsi qu'une réimpression des photos (une grosse partie des photos n'as pu être gardé en mémoire, perte approximative de 50% des photos !).
Autant vous dire que je ne suis pas prêt de repasser par ce service !

Malgré des réponses rapides, le retour du sav est catastrophique, je trouve ça absolument inadmissible de proposer moins de 10% de geste commercial....

We LOVED how easy the set up and take down was. The pictures turned out great and it was a nice surprise to get some props with it! I highly recommend using KRUU for a wedding or any celebration!

Eine grossartige FOTOBOX!!!
Die Abwicklung ist super unkompliziert. Das nenne ich mal Kundenorientiert.
Auch die Qualität der Kamera und der mitgelieferten Materialien wie Drucker, Papier und Bildutensilien ist sehr gut. Es war der absolute Party-Magnet.
Eine Party ohne Fotobox wird es bei uns nicht mehr geben!!! Einfach genial!!!
