Great phone and online support
Fast and convenient shipping to Romania

Great samples! Fast delivery. I got the avante guard real aluminum board samples in 4 colors. Really like the bronze. It is a beautiful brushed metal in a muted gold color. The other colors are also nice but too bright for my taste - the gold is a bright gold, the aluminum is a bright silver. The inox is muted but I thought it was too similar to brushed stainless steel, I didn’t want that look. Will most likely be moving forward with the bronze.

I purchased from you and I am satisfied with the service and good attitude, and I will buy from you again.

I spoke to Mrs. Cvetelina Vasileva regarding something I'd like to return. I always wonder how helpful these people are!!! Always trying to solve the problem the best way possible and the most important: they think about the customer and his positive experience! Something very innovative in Bulgaria! Thank you a lot!

Excellent service and support

We order goods, pay for them via PayPal. After that, an employee calls that you have a price error and we should pay several hundred euros more for the same goods. Either we cancel the order itself or we would receive a difference invoice. When both were rejected, the order was also canceled once, because the goods for which we should still pay up the day before, all of a sudden allegedly would not be in stock. So beware Absolutely unserious!

Also Vorsicht Absolut unseriös!

It's incredible how it works!!

Nothing really works in Bulgaria... especially not online 🤭

But at Kronoshop you get great service, top consultants, they are always on your side and try to give you customized solutions! I'm so surprised!!

I'm trying to finish an apartment in Bulgaria, but I live abroad. Its so difficult... no other shop works so smoothly. Here you can even pay online, woow 🤣 its not funny, it's bulgarian reality.

I'm very grateful personally to Mrs. Zhenia Kraleva (Женя Кралева) for always making everything possible to help.

Best shop, best service!
Thank you!

Great consultants, I bought floor and kitchen from Kronospan thanks to them!!! Great attitude, professional advisory! Helped me a lot!

They answered my questions promptly

Excellent service and overall experience

very flexible and understanding staff. I'm very satisfied !!!

Very good comunication and quick delivery

The experience was great!

I created my account and I've gotten a few free sample discounts. I've ordered my samples and I've received confirmation. The order arrived pretty quickly (few working days) and luckily it was through DPD (because "Croatian post" or "HP" is awful).

The package was well protected and I've gotten the samples a pen and a catalogue.

All in all, I would recommend them based on this experience.

Great! The ladies in the store helped me a lot!

Very good and professional service.
