Sehr geehrter Kunde,

Great customer service, happy with the purchase
We had great customer experience first at the physical store and then during remote communication.
In the store, we were warmly welcomed and all our questions answered, as well as received guidance on what is the best product for us. After some time and reviewing other products, we decided to proceed with KronoShop. They contacted us proactively to confirm the order, responded to our questions again, and executed the order very quickly. Needless to say, the flooring looks beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase and customer service. Thank you!
