Guten Tag Herr Dreher,

Absolutely impressed with the service and Jenija
I am absolutely impressed with the service and the interaction I received, from order to delivery. Jenija was extremely pleasant, friendly and most importantly helpful! The delivery was very prompt and easy. I cannot comment on the product (laminate flooring) quality yet because the installation will be next week - but it looks really good

I am very satisfied with the customer service.
The ladies serving kronoshop in Bulgaria are great. Very professional and polite.
As a designer though I miss having good quality textures of your designs to use in my projects. That’s a bit disappointing. I need to search for similar designs in the net which is a waste of valuable time.
