After researching the benefits of diamond skincare I could not resist Kristals diamond line. I purchased Anti Gravity Gentle Foaming Milk. It is much more gentler and more hydrating to my skin than a product that I currently use. its been 2 weeks since i've been using it and so far so good! Recommend this brand.

Some product seem okay but definitely not worth the price (way overpriced). I expressed my concern about my sensitive skin as I occasionally get eczema flare ups I was assured it was fine however after using the hand and body lotion I not only had an eczema flare up but my skin was burning and hot to touch and I broke out in hives! Ive been too scared to try any of the other products I got for half price or free.

I was surprised how fast my package have arrive-only 2 days after I made an order and on top of it it was free. Great customer service!

I love Kristals Cosmetics. Their holistic approach to skincare is special by itself and the products are really amazing. My favorite line are ruby and pearl. Also their sapphire night cream is one of the best night creams that I've used.

Kristals brand is one of a kind. I am yet to find a company that stands behind its products as does Kristals. ingredients are simply top notch and the way the combine their products with a holistic lifestyle make them really special on the market. True gem!

Just visited a store in Singapore by accident. Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. When the male sales person couldn’t immediately sell the product to us - as in apparently we weren’t allowed to ask what the ingredients were - he became hostile, rude and outright mean. Not that he was particularly pleasant prior to this, as he took a condescending, patronizing tone with us from the start. When my mother asked him where he was from, he stated that he was from “heaven”. This was comical, but a good example of his obviously misogynistic views. Horrific experience. He stated that he he going to Australia (where we are from) to set up two shops, and I truly hope he learns that this is not acceptable behavior anywhere but especially not condoned in Australia.

One of the best skincare brands that I've ever used. High quality ingredients-that is always a big concern for me. A lot of brands put messy things that can easily irritate your skin. On top of that I am allergic to a lot of things, thus it is crucial to use only the best skincare products. Kristals products are just like that. I had to exchange a product that I purchased online. The return process was easy and fast and I received a new item in about a 10 days since I sent an original item. Really good customer service for an online store. No horrible hold times or uneducated representatives.

I really appreciate the customer services received in one of the Kristals store. Sales associates were really knowledgeable about the products and overall it was easy to spot that those people have plenty of experience in the skincare industry. I was shopping for a gift for my friend and they helped me pick proper products for her based on her skin type.

This weekend I visited Kristals store at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida. I've been using their products for almost 2 years and was happy to find out that they opened a new store in my area. Usually I was shopping online however it is a totally different thing to go out into a brick and mortar location and enjoy the spa like experience. Definitely recommend.

Visited the kristals store at Coolsprings galleria in Nashville . I really enjoyed the products and the express facial . A bit pricy but worth it .
