They are not great but they are good. Definitely not worth $800! I mean they get the job done.

If you believe the tool you received is not performing the same as the one demonstrated, we strongly encourage you to return to the third-party retailer where the purchase was made and ask them to compare your unit directly with the demo model. Terrible customer service
I purchased a flat iron from this company in Nashville with a lifetime warranty. I returned home from my holiday and the tool did not work I have emailed to get a response that they would send me a new product and because in the UK I would have to pay a shipping fee, the customer service sent me a link to which I followed and paid the €30 shipping fee on 31/12 to have no response I then emailed to ask for an update on 08/01 to be told they has recieved payment and that it would going in the next shipment. I then emailed 10 days later for an update to be told that it has come to their attention that the shipping is to the UK and that I has to pay postage to which I have replied please look at your email thread I have paid the shipping and am awaiting my item still after almost one and half months! Terrible service!!!!!!!

Brought the Quantum hair straighteners, 11th of October, they are now faulty and wish to charge $40.00 for a replacement! The Life time warranty isn’t as good as it sounds with that sort of shipping prices. If I was you I would read the reviews before buying, wish I did now.
I have had the product for 3 months and they are already faulty.
Not happy and urge you to avoid!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Nikol from Straight Ahead Beauty! I purchased her hair straightener along with the shampoo and conditioner set, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I bought it with Shirley and she was amazing, very helpful and kind. She even gifted me shampoo and conditioner, which was such a nice surprise. Both products made my hair feel soft, clean, and really nourished.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with my purchase and the service. Highly recommend Straight Ahead and buying through Shirley if you get the chance.

SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER/IRON - 4 Stars!
I, too, was approached at a kiosk in a mall. Of course, as with any high pressure approach which I did encounter I believe you leave there (after making a purchase) and wonder if you got duped! I can only say that the young lady who demonstrated the curling iron was a skilled salesperson and I am not as skilled as she when utilizing the iron I purchased from her. In addition I purchased the shampoo/conditioner as well as their hair serum. I do like the iron! I also REALLY LIKE the shampoo and conditioner. I am a 66 year old female - who likes to wear my hair long - little longer than shoulder length. Ever 6 to 7 weeks I go to an Ulta Salon and get my roots professionally colored. So now you know I have salon colored 100% gray hair. I can truly say that I have never used a shampoo or conditioner that did not make my gray hair look frizzy right after washing until using this shampoo and conditioner! I noticed the effect the first time I used these two products - THEY ARE AMAZING! Even to just let my hair air dry my hair is different. Certainly my stylist achieves a smooth look for my hair but she adds several styling agents in order to do so. I would encourage anyone who understands what I am saying about shampoos on the market (and I use quality brand name shampoos/conditioners) to give their shampoo and conditioner a try. My hair now reminds me of when I was younger. It actually looks healthy right after washing it! And, as far as the curling iron - so far I like that as well! My only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 stars really has to do with the high pressure salesperson I encountered at the kiosk. Which, in a way, sounds like this may be one method of purchasing their products so I probably should have given them a 5!

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! A lady at a mall kiosk demonstrated an infrared flat iron that worked great on my hair, but it was too expensive. She lowered the price, even offering two payments, then came back with a final offer of $100. I bought it, assuming it was the same model she used. Later, I discovered she’d sold me a basic ceramic flat iron instead. I was out of town and didn’t notice until 16 days later. Total flim-flam. Shameful!

Love the product just overpriced
I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product worked. My daughter’s hair turned out beautiful when we used it. The only downside for me is the price, which feels a bit high. For the best results, I recommend working with small sections of hair. Overall, it does a great job.

I did not receive the product I wanted. It was put in a bag and didn’t realize it was the wrong item.

I bought a straightener and as they claim life time warranty I do have to pay a shipping fee of like 30 dollars. So I did because my straightener didn’t seem to be doing the best. When I received my straightener I tried a few weeks after receiving and it was worse than my first one. I’ve been reaching out for 4 months now to fix what they gave me as a warranty item. No one picks up and no one answers my emails. Steer away because they are a scam!

Stopped working
I purchased a straight ahead flat iron and a straight ahead styling comb. I thought the one I purchased was going to be like the demo and dry my hair as well, but it didn't. (My fault for not paying attention to the fast talk from the salesperson.) I did like the flat iron in the beginning, but then it stopped working. It no longer worked like it did when I first purchased it. In fact, my hair became very dry and brittle. As for the styling comb, this is not what I thought I was purchasing, so that was just a total waste of money.
I wished the flat iron continued to work as it did in the beginning because I did really like it! My advice, save your money!

Bad Service / Great Product
The sales people are very aggressive and pushy. However, the SA hair straightener and SA serum are amazing products. I was talked into purchasing a Le Chic Caviar serum after requesting the SA brand and I am not impressed with this brand. Would have preferred the SA brand serum as it works wonders on my hair health and shine. Fast talkers about the product being better was an expensive mistake.

Bad Customer Service - Subpar Product - It's a Scam!
I purchased a straightener from a kiosk for my birthday in April. I was visiting from Arkansas at the time. The person who sold me the straightener (Kim) was very pushy. She kept trying to sell me bundles that cost over $400 even after I expressed to her more than once that I was on a budget and couldn't afford it. She told me that beauty costs money.
Not to mention she offered to "do my hair for my birthday" and when I told her I couldn't afford to buy the bundle, she stopped styling my hair and I had to walk through the mall with only half of my hair straightened. I finally bought just a straightener because I felt so pressured by her. Needless to say, the straightener was poor quality and she still didn't finish styling my hair. It most definitely did not straighten my hair the way the demo straightener did. I've bought straighteners from Walmart that work better than this straightener.
After I got home and realized I wasn't satisfied with the product, I mailed the product back (with tracking and insurance, I wasn't born yesterday, even though the lady at the kiosk made me feel that way) for a refund. This was in May and I still haven't heard back about my refund.
Bottom line - it was a terrible birthday experience for me. I was cheated out of $169 and I had to walk around the mall with half of my hair straightened, which was embarrassing. This situation had scam written all over it. If you go to the mall in Nashville, AVOID those kiosks at all costs.
